I was in Breck for a volleyball tournament. After playing several matches, fatigue and altitude got the best of me. I stopped by the O2 Lounge to get some relief from a bad headache and exhaustion. Upon my arrival, I was greeted promptly by two friendly ladies, Sally and Diane. Sally introduced herself as one of the owners, and we discussed the O2 treatment. She was very informative and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first time trying it. She made a nice coffee beverage for me while I waited. The lounge was warm and decorated nicely. I felt at home. After the treatment, I felt invigorated, alert, and my headache began to subside. I'm so happy that I decided to try it. I felt so much better that evening. Thank you O2 lounge. I'll be back again.
Fantastic location, never been to an O2 bar, but the guy running the place was super nice and told us all the options. I ended up just doing 15 minutes of O2 with the clarity scent. Felt great after leaving (I suffer extreme altitude sickness)Wife didn’t want to participate but got a great cappuccino. They also serve really good smoothies.
Prices are great too. I paid less than $20 for the drink and therapy.
I had FIVE STAR service from the owners of the o2 bar! My altitude sickness symptoms (headache, lethargy, dizziness) were alleviated within minutes and was feeling much better overall by the time I left. Would 10/10 recommend
Tony was awesome super sweet and super cool! We were feeling a little lightheaded and out of breath so came to the lounge to get some oxygen all first timers and she helped us pick out what we needed and gave tips to maintain! Yes above and beyond come check it out! Definitely coming back as well be out here all week!
So our experience with the 02 lounge went from great to extremely poor... Friday night we visited and had an awesome experience. The lady who was working was great all together. Explained everything very well and made our first experience with an oxygen bar well. She told us if we bring our hoses back we can get 15% off so we decided to come back one more time which was on Saturday...
Completely different experience... Lady had a very bland personality and not very welcoming. Also maybe seemed a little too busy on her laptop instead paying attention to customers
Now here's where the 1 star comes in play... We brought our hoses back and when we went to pay she didn't take off the 15% off. We didn't catch it until after we completed the payment. I then brought it up to her that she didn't take it off and she pretty much said she can't refund us and even admitted she messed up. Then she got a big attitude after she told us we can't have a refund and we told her well we want our refund for the 15%. She tried to make a call and couldn't get ahold of her boss. Then my girlfriend told her that she doesn't need to be rude to us as we just want it to be right. She then told my girlfriend that she's being rude..... We were completely nice and patient with her... Eventually had to come back a hour or so later to eventually get our refund...
** In response to owners response. We had to leave because we had a escape room scheduled down the street which you have a designated time that you can't be late too.... And We actually told her to take down our number as we had to leave. Your worker shouldn't give dirty looks and get attitudes with your customers over something we weren't even upset with. We just wanted our refund. She told us she can't give us a refund and expected us to just leave. Also shes mumbled under her breath "its only a couple dollars" while rolling her eyes...that's when we asked politely if she could call someone or figure something out and that's when we inconvenienced her and got the dirty looks and attitudes... She handled the situation very unprofessionally. I had 2 other people with us that we're shocked at the way she acted due to asking for something so simple as a refund. I understand you sticking up for your employee but that can only go so far since you weren't there. Thanks for your response though.
Our first experience in an oxygen bar was here. Feeling the effects of altitude, the oxygen bar was intoxicatingly welcome. This isn't something I would do again and again, but it is definitely worth the experience at least once, especially after a long day on the slopes or while acclimating to the altitude.
Walked in because I was intrigued, learned a lot and bought an oxygen tank that I used all weekend. Good vibes and I heard from one of the returning customers they make a great hot chocolate too!
We went in and the young lady with the black hair was immediately nasty with us. She didn't greet us and gave us an attitude. I didn't even get to try the oxygen because i didn't feel like paying for someone to disrespect me while im on vacation. She lost the business 4 customers in less than 2 minutes. Stay away. There was only like 3 or 4 other people in there. No excuses.
Spent the weekend up in Breckenridge, and coming from Florida, the altitude hit me hard. Didn’t realize it was altitude sickness at first, but after an excessive amount of advil had no effect I decided to check out the O2 Lounge. I walked in as skeptical as could be, and left feeling like a completely new person. I don’t know if it was the actual O2 therapy, the wonderful conservations with the “bartender” Toni, or a combination of both. Regardless, if I’m ever back in the area this will be the first place I visit!

Nothing fancy for sure but the price was much lower than at other oxygen bars.
