My mom and I came here simply to use the restroom and the lady working here was so kind and lovely. Because of how great she was we got lattes which were delicious. Such friendly, accommodating staff!
It was an OK experience, the staff were very young and friendly. We got there at shift change. I ordered a latte and staff kept forgetting about it likely because 20 people walked in behind us and the. A kid spilled his hot cocoa all over the lady sitting next to him. I’d like to give a 4 Star because the staff did have reasonable distraction, but I’m bummed that I kept getting put off. Maybe hire another person or have more people on shift if you know it’s going to be that busy.
Amazing attention from Guy & Sally! They explained every benefit in detail and what to expect. The seating area is super comfy and promotes a chill atmosphere. We also had some delicious hot cocoa at the perfect drinkable temperature. Definitely come especially if you’re not used to the high altitude!
We came to this place after a long trip UP to Breckinridge from sea level. We felt dizzy, nauseous, light headed, tight chested; all of the high altitude sicknesses. We walked across the street, chose an aroma and he kindly hooked us up, and we breathed…. We ordered a delicious smoothie while we sat. They have espresso, and many other yummy things. We felt sooo much better after our 30 minute session. Our family and friends all went later that night as well! Great experience.
Very effective! Came twice during our stay - 45 min sessions each time. The staff was friendly and helpful each time! Bring back your cannula and get 15% off!
Outstanding customer service and relaxing atmosphere. My pulse ox reading went from consistently low on our second day in Breckinridge (91 on a reading right before Kiki started the oxygen) to 100 in 15 minutes. Kiki is outstanding and very informative. Highly recommended.
High altitudes can make people very sick. I was determined to stay ahead and use this oxygen bar as soon as I felt a headache coming. Forty five minutes and it didn't help at all. I also bought the cans on the ski peaks and I feel they only have a placebo effect too . None of us felt oxygen of any kind helped. Not just this bar
Not being from here we called because GPS brought us to the back of the building. The person that answered the phone was absolutely no help with directions. Then we get inside there’s absolutely nothing extra being enforced for COVID. It’s 5 of us we ordered 6 drinks that took 30 minutes and they all were absolutely gross. Blended coffee should have ice and FLAVOR. It was gross. Then he switched up our selections of oxygen from what we ordered and when I brought it to his attention he acted like it was no big deal. We came here because we needed some relief with altitude sickness. We left with more frustration
Good aromatherapy, they have oxygen canisters and I've only done the oxygen therapy twice but I think it's helpful and worth it in the long run. It's hard to breathe up at 10k above sea level. Staff was nice. It was great.
Rented a machine (with citrusy "joy" scent) for our family to use while on a short trip to Breck. Easy experience all around and the O2 really helped everyone deal with the altitude. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Guy!
