Best breakfast in Breckenridge. Be prepared for a bit of a wait for your table, but it’s totally worth it. Friendly staff and amazing food. Pancakes are legit.

French toast - yummy, but not extravagant - but yummy!
Bacon - good
Fruit - a little bruised but got the job done and my tummy happy!
Service - so nice! They’re so sweet here!
Coffee - good. They have many choices to make it fun and sweet!
Only have milk and rice milk - no almond milk which was a little bit of a bummer.
We’ve gone here a few times - it’s good food for the most part! Nice atmosphere as well. Seems like they do well as a business.

Excellent food. Full of flavor, unlike so many other reviews I read. The bacon was incredible, the regular coffee and OJ were wonderful and the eggs were great. They had mashed avocado for my sourdough toast and that alone made me so happy. Would eat here again for sure.

Natalia is the best bartender in Breck. I absolutely love the corn beef hash. Gravy and drinks are to die for! Robert runs an excellent ship and I will always jump aboard 💓

Nestled in the snow amongst the Breckenridge hustle and bustle, lies Columbine Cafe. Excellent breakfast , excellent service combined really makes you feel at home. Original Benedict was perfect and the biscuits and gravy are a MUST!! Great menu and everything is made to order. Will be a must stop for every Breck trip!!
