I am a local and used to go here often. The service and ticket times have gone downhill while the prices rise. They used to have good chip selection to go with lunch now it’s cheap/mediocre selection. The gluten free bread isn’t worth it anymore as the slices are tiny. I hope the quality returns.

Colorado chocolate was my favorite ice cream after a cup of coffee. Nice place to chill. For parents this might be the only location to bring your kids. 😎

I had ice cream and it was huge and delicious. Latte is also great. Good staff works there, polite and helpful! Thanks!

One of the best meals I've had and my 3 friends could agree. I'm from Vegas and this place is far better than any restaurant I could name for the price. I had the reuben sandwich and it was flavorful with a nice toasty bun to wrap it all in. The man behind the grill was an absolute delight as well, with a timely manner which he delivered his meals. Knocked it out the park compared to the restaurants in the casinos around him. Such a cozy feel to the place, and a great place to end with a tasty ice cream treat.

I came in to this cute little shop after spending a few days camping in the mountains, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit! The gentlemen working behind the counter were so pleasant, offering great conversation while I sat sipping on an expertly made double Dirty Chia.

Terrible experience. I ordered 3 breakfast items only received 2 and was accused of taking someone else’s order when I went to ask about my missing item. They need a better ordering system like using names or issuing receipts…others were asking about their orders as well.

We wanted so badly to like this place and we are so disappointed both by the food / drinks and the service. We used to go to the previous coffee shop all the time since it’s so close to our home.
When the Bean and Cream first opened, we were super excited. We called to make sure they were open and placed a call in order for milkshakes and sandwiches. We picked up the food and took it home. I got a call from the owner about 30 minutes later saying he had actually cancelled our payment on his card reader and could we please come back and pay again? So we drove back into town and paid again.
The owner didn’t offer to comp anything for our trouble. Additionally, the sandwiches were average / nothing special and the ice cream tasted freezer burned.
So we thought we would give them another chance today. We were waiting in line when an apparent regular customer came in with a call ahead order. The same guy working the counter told the employee to ring the regular up first without acknowledging us standing at the register, so we had to step aside.
Not a big deal and I wouldn’t have minded letting her go first, but there are ways to do so politely eg. Do you mind letting her check out first? We should have just walked out then, but we didn’t. Instead we paid $20 for two lattes that tasted so burnt and watery that neither of us were able to drink it and two very stale pastries.
We won’t be back.

Love love this place got the best coffee ever and I love the ice cream! But if you've got hunger pains, this is a good place to eat also. Clean and fresh!

Mediocre at best. We ordered a dirty chai, sausage bfast burrito, plain black coffee and sausage breakfast sandwich. The total came to over $30 (for bfast!!) I was shocked how costly it was, but being on a time crunch we paid and waited for our food so we could get back on the road.
The girl who took our order was sweet but the other older girl and guy working were not so sweet. They weren't rude, just not very professional. While we were there, someone called in complaining about how bad their food was. I literally heard the guy working there say over the phone '...so what would you like to do about it'... yikes! Then after the phone call, with patrons still inside the cafe, the workers were still talking about the situation and going on and on about this 'rude' caller. (Btw the caller said the food was not edible).
The food was sub par, I was not impressed with that or the chai. I could've gone to Starbucks up the road for better drinks and food for half the price. If you want to support local, go here, if not, go someplace else.
