Sertinos Coffee & Ice Creams Denver

We been going here since it was old Starbucks love the location. But since this shop opened and all the young kids work every time it’s nice outside like yesterday and want to enjoy my coffee I asked to have the chairs unlocked the green hair girl said unfortunately we can’t unlock it. I’m a regular customer thare we came as a big family and can’t sit and enjoy because the will not unlock the chairs. Horrible employees. People have to climb over metal chains to sit outside. They need to tell the employees customers came first even if is 30 min before closing.

Owner was friendly food should come with a beverage with the price. Nice environment with free WI-FI. Needed some tissue in the restroom and the worker was not very friendly. She acted as if it was a problem to do. Everyone should be treated the same politeness. Employees have a nasty attitude. I went all the time at one point, then I started back and still inconsiderate.

Well, a friend of mine and I arrived at the store like 30 minutes before the store closed, (Yeah, I know. We were THOSE customers.) By that point in time, their stock for the day was nearly done. So we just ordered what they had left, the two clerks that were there were really pretty cool and nice. I understood why they didn't have something, so I just decided to get what left they that I was interested in.

Like I said prior, they were really understanding and I would go back in a better time.

The 3 ladies were to busy looking what's on their phone and talking. Therefore Orders were delayed 2/10/23 @ 9:16am. # 1 reason I refused to come here.

Got a morning delivery, encouraged by the positive reviews. The croissant and flatbread were dry and stale, food was barely warm. Feels like these were left over from the day before. Nicely packaged, though, and the muffin was good.

This is the fist time we had been here and it was great. I love the atmosphere and the seating area was very comfortable and the colors of the space were great.

Absolutely love the Mexican Mocha here, but it's a bit overpowering. Get it with half the flavor and it is perfect (if you want a little bit of coffee flavor in your coffee)!

Came for the coffee and stayed for the sandwiches! Iced soy latte is my basic drink and the Grilled Turkey Panini is exceptional. Will be back one of these mornings for a breakfast burrito or croissant sandwich!

We recently moved to the neighborhood and have been several times now for breakfast and lunch. The food is always tasty as are the smoothies!

So far, we've tried the Roma, the Italian Chicken, and the Grilled Turkey - all are so yummy! We've also had a few different smoothie flavors, all very good but my fave is the Strawberry Banana! The breakfast croissant sandwiches, also delicious (the croissants are so tender and flaky)!

The only issue we've had here is with the consistency of the orders. Each time we've been, we have ordered through the app and they've missed something every time.

As an example, we've asked for ham and bacon, extra of each, on a breakfast sandwich a few times now, and pay for it, but each time there is only one type of meat and no extra. Or extra whip cream on our smoothies.

The other issue is that there are a couple of staff members that aren't that friendly. Most recently, a guy who acted VERY inconvenienced when we asked for a bag and drink holder.

That all said, the quality of the food is really good and consistently tastes delicious, so we will continue to support this local business and do recommend it!
