Sertinos Coffee & Ice Creams Denver

I love this coffee shop. Great coffee with a variety of roast and it's locally owned. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This coffee shop is one of the only few of its kind in South East Aurora. You must try them asap.

Ice coffee is always over brewed. Nitro is always JUST foam. Burritos have on several occasions had undercooked eggs, or potatoes still raw. Espresso tastes as acidic, and offensive. I don't understand how this place can serve stuff that is just so gross, I feel the staff have had zero proper barista training. I've tried to many times to enjoy this place, but it's always let me down. I really want to have a proper little local cafe in our neighborhood, but this isn't it. It's just cheap, and feels like another corporate pit of terrible quality.

Best place to grab a cup of coffee. I haven't had a single bad experience and come here almost daily for my alone time. All of the staff are fantastic, though Kate and Whitney go above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their new coffee spot

A very quiet and quaint coffee shop. Stopped by here on my way to my next bus. The staff are very friendly, the place is kept clean and best of all the coffee is delicious. A terrific establishment, I'll be sure to buy more!

It's sad, we were so excited for this place to open as it is right by us, but went in to get a couple of breakfast sandwhiches that are on their online menus, the girl behind the counter said they only do breakfast burritos, so I left. I called the same day to see what soups they had today as this was also on their menu, and again they said that they don't do soup. I recommend only putting things on your menu that you actually serve. You lost our business twice in one day because of that.

I love this place. The coffee is the best, and always fresh. If you can't make up your mind, just ask for something with the flavor you want... caramel frozen drinks are the best....

By fary absolute favorite coffee shop around! They have all the great flavors, great selection! Great staff and fantastic baristas!! Never have I been disappointed in the coffee provided! The place is clean! Bathrooms are clean! I would highly recommend this place to all friends and family!!

Friendly staff who work great together. Great place to relax and read or talk with friends. Delicious drinks served promptly.

Went in this afternoon to order a iced coffee and a smoothie and a panini. My ice coffee tasted burnt and absolutely nasty, cahsiers customer service was terrible and when I asked for cream and sugar in my iced coffee she insisted I put it in myself. Then after waiting for 10 minutes they realized they had given my panini to the wrong customer, gave that customer my panini and a free one that was a mistake and made me wait another 10-15 minutes for another panini. This place is terrible. Would not recommend it to anyone. Starbucks was way better.
