Spring Cafe

Exceptional casual restaurant specializing in vegan fare. I'm not vegan but I love the place. The enchiladas are to die for. Not cheap (it is in Aspen after all) but worth it.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Good vegan food at decent-for-aspen prices. Homemade cashew sour cream was delicious.

Delicious food. Lots of choices. Vegan friendly. Fast and courteous service. Nice atmosphere.

Great, sunny seating area here. Good, healthy vegetarian menu. Some dishes are great, others like Black Bean Burger need work.

Nothing is fresh and the service is so bad and slow.

It was 730am. All I wanted was a little coffee and breakfast...but they had a gas engine running and were pressure washing with a gas can on the patio... Why can't they have the place cleaned in the evening when they are closed. Lost this customer.

Soup was good, drip coffee tastes low grade, cashier was not friendly, other staff was okay. Whatever place.

The guy at the counter had an attitude as if he didn't want to sell us anything. You can do better customer service

Got our order wrong. Menu doesn’t match what they offer/charge. Tried to pass off coconut cream as coconut yogurt. Just bad all around.
