Spring Cafe

Great little vegan restaurant, indoor/outdoor seating and diverse menu options. Quick service, highly recommend.

Service and meal were very mediocre. “Breakfast bowl” had 0 flavor and the green juice we got must be at least 3 days old. Disappointed.

The food is good but the service is slow and does not warrant a 20% tip that automatically pops up on the tablet when it’s a walk-up counter.

Good cookies with coffee but the worst Pad Thai I have ever tried. Will not recommend it.

Super super expensive, 9 dollars for a small size fresh orange juice, really？You would get much more at Wholefoods for that money. All the other stuff is also super expensive and really don’t know why though the food is fine.

Good place for vegans. So many vegan food varieties available and they are all organic & very tasty. Environment is also so calm & pleasant(might because of Aspen? :) ). Not five star because this cafe is not 100% vegan.

The food was good and I thought they offered plenty of healthy options while maintaining larger food portions… Really enjoyed the huevos rancheros but the french toast was underwhelming

the coffees (dirty chai latter hot and iced) were disappointing… for this being a local establishment felt really shuffled in and out like a fast food joint

We eat a plant-based diet and this place was amazing. I wish I had options like this at home. The "Ruben" sandwich and gazpacho were incredible. Great options for vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/plant-based diners.

As an Aspen local and supporter of spring cafe from the beginning, it's so disappointing that they removed the crowd favorite lentil sub. It was a favorite among locals and tourists alike and whenever I ordered one, people always asked what I was eating and immediately ordered one.
I think it was a poor decision on the owners part and will be missed by all. :-(

The food here is PHENOMENAL. My friends and I have many food intolerances and this was certainly a safe place for us. We each tried eachothers food and were all impressed.
