Couldn't make up my mind on the quiche, he offered 1/2" of each. I was sold!

First off, they have all of the prices blacked out. Perhaps it’s because they don’t “like to discuss finances” or perhaps because you would think twice if you could see from the back of the line that your sandwich would cost $20.
Fine, it’s aspen, people here spend money to live the high life, that’s the market, I accept that.
Let’s start with the lemon slice garnish, they give you a literal quarter of a lemon without the courtesy of including the press it would require to extract the juice from this far-from-ripe beach ball. The tomato slice on the sandwich was large enough to challenge a hippos jaw. The 3 day old bagel came without the staff being clever enough to mask its dryness with the rare method known as toasting. The coffee — glorified water— was made with an eighth of the required coffee beans, at least I left hydrated.
Save the money, go somewhere else.

Got the Micah on an everything bagel, absolutely delicious!! Was also blown away by how amazing these smoothies are! I got the raspberry/mango/strawberry smoothie (they’re also made w/ orange juice). Probably the best smoothie Ive ever had!
Really nice patio, great staff. 11/10

Took 25 minutes to get two bland teas, Got takeout for 2 and only got one set of silverware, really basic mistakes from the team members for such an expensive restaurant. Hopefully other patrons got better service

Disappointing, and rude cashier girl. My order didn't come out right even after clearly specifying (for build your own breakfast) - and the ingredients you pay $1-2 for individually are nearly invisible. The girl who took my order wrong had me wait until she took care of the 15 min line so I just decided to keep eating it because I was on a time limit. Once finished (I couldn't finish the second toast because it was just not pleasant and not what I ordered) she offered me the correct toast in foil to go. What a joke. When I told her that was disappointing, she replied "then maybe don't come back?" What she doesn't know is that I drove 30 min to this place because it sounded like the place in Aspen to go for brunch. It was honestly a lousy meal and even lousier service. I make a better avocado toast at home. Not worth $15.

Long line, food was mediocre. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and some potatoes. Everything was so greasy and I felt like I could make everything at home. Not worth the price in my opinion. Giving two stars because the staff was wonderful.

I sat down with my friends that ordered drinks and owner came out to our table and yelled at me to also order food or leave. Terrible coffee even worse service.

Ordered two coffees and split a bagel sandwich. Sandwich was okay. Coffee was thin, weak and tasteless. $32 was a complete rip off.

Best casual breakfast in Aspen.. love that you order at the window, allowing you to customize your meal just the way you want it. Service is very friendly.
