If I could give negative stars I would. First off, the customer service was terrible. Not friendly or inviting. We ordered two medium hot black and whites with almond milk and the server tried to give us 2 with whole milk. Luckily we saw her put the milk away and when we asked, she said the first one was made with almond milk, and then she remade the second one. She acted put out for having to make the one over again, and come to find out she lied about the first one, it too was made with whole milk. For such high reviews, this was super disappointing and is truly unacceptable. People have food allergies and service like this is just an outrage. Will never be back again.

My favorite spot for this holiday trip. I have come in every day since arriving in Aspen, and my entire family is greeted with smiles and amazing coffee. My favorite was the blended matcha with CBD (who knew they would offer this?!?!)
Great people and really cool vibe, truly Aspen feel!

Everyone wants to be Aspen's best kept secret. As far as coffee shops go, this place actually is. When the line at Paradise is out the door and Victoria's doesn't have a single seat open, Ink is still a 90 second wait for coffee. And their burrito, the Ink burrito, I can't figure out what they've put into it but it's one of my favorite ways to start the day.

Dillon and the gang make the best Lattes in Aspen! Great place to grab a bagel or breakfast burritos. Nice quiet atmosphere. If I had 2 more hands I’d give them 4 thumbs up!!

Absolutely horrendous service from the guy working here. He is sitting at a table watching a moving in a foreign language with the sound turned up very loud and he refused when I asked him to turn it down.

Something of an iconic coffee shop mere feet from the base of the mountain... good coffee, okay smoothies, but in typical Aspen fashion, everything is crazy expensive. The server I had taking care of my girlfriend and I today was a bit surly and unfriendly. Also, there are no bathrooms here. Lastly, I remember the interior being a lot cozier years ago... today its basically a ski and bike rental shop with a coffee bar. Meh.

Really love Ink! Great decaf. Actually tastes like reg coffee. Barista Scott is a super great guy. Always friendly even at 6:15am. My go-to coffee place for early mornings in Aspen.

I just went to ink coffee in aspen for the first time. I ordered two drinks ($15.30 was my total). The first drink came out within 5 minutes. For the second, I waited for 10 minutes longer with no luck. When I finally got back in line to just ask for a refund for the 2nd drink, they quickly made it and put it up on the counter and said "oh it's right over there for you!" I would recommend the Starbucks that is located within a tenth a mile. This coffee shop is poorly organized.

Not only is their coffee and breakfast fantastic the staff there is amazing. Was there this morning and forgot my laptop. Didn't realize it until an hour later. Called the store and the staff found it sitting on a table in their the cafe and held onto it for me until I was able to come back and pick it up. The Tuesday morning crew that worked 9/19 all deserve million dollar raises.

Not enough seating outside, and one of the chairs was broken. Burritos were re-warmed and tortillas kind of dry. The latte was decent.
