Terrible employee attitude towards customers. Guy with the beanie and glasses at the register would’ve preferred we didn’t even talk to him. He would sigh whenever we would ask questions too. Terrible, never coming back here again. If I wasn’t so hungry and cold at the time I literally would have left because of his shi**y attitude. I see there are other ratings with similar ratings and the owner responds that “they’ll do better”, clearly still haven’t done anything. Food was average, nothing special same for coffee. This is literally my first review of any place, just to give you an idea of how terrible the service was.

Ordered a chai tea and it was watered down and cold. Hot chocolate 🍫 tasted pretty good 👍.

We were there 2-3 min after they opened @ 6:30. I ordered 4 espresso shots over ice. I got an Americano with water added. This is a typical mistake, but that makes them average. I did not ask for a remake.
It is also typical that when you get the first shot or so in the AM that the espresso tastes a bit earthy / moldy. This was also the case.
A better espresso place would run a few shots through at 6:20 before their first guests came in.
All of this is average - and typical.

They didn't have Bagels. Got breakfast burritos which we couldn't finish eating. I've had better gas station burritos. Coffee was Meh

Couldn't even give the 4th shot on a 20 Oz americano, weak.

I was in Aspen for 8 Days and after my first visit I continue to come back for the remainder of my vacation. The staff is extremely friendly and the product they serve is leagues above their big-name competitors. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great coffee and a good atmosphere.

Fantastic local coffee shop right across the street from the gondola in Aspen. It is located on the bottom floor in the building with the 4 Mountain Sports. Their espresso drinks are delicious. They offer a great variety of house-roasted coffees. Breakfast burritos are also available in the morning. The coffee shop is very clean and contemporary. The staff are very friendly.

They open early, if you are looking for a cup of coffee before the sun comes up, this is your place. It is below street level, keep your eyes open or you will miss it.

If you want aweful food, average coffee and inconsiderate service this is your place. I stopped going here a few years ago because the service was always SO bad. I decided to try it again this weekend and it was every bit as terrible as I remembered. The staff was way more interested in whatever personal drama they were discussing than in helping clients and then they completely forgot to place my food order. I finally went up to see how much longer it would be and that's when I was told "oh, sorry, I forgot". And when I did get it... I took a few bites and threw it out it was so bad. Hardly any egg or bacon, mostly some kind of soft cheese product in a huge shell. Ugh! Never again!

Absolutely fantastic cafe. As a barista myself, I feel confident saying that when I left this place I felt good! Coffee was good, customer service was excellent, vibe is super cool too. It feels like they know that they're in a high class area but aren't going to let go of their little bit of edge (which is super rad). I'm not sure of the name of the girl who made my coffee, but she made a delicious mocha and was friendly. She also ran out after me to return my credit card to me which I must have dropped or left on the counter! Would give more stars if I could! I deemed this my favorite coffee spot that I stopped in on my way through Colorado.
