Outstanding. The gentlemen were welcoming and casual but professional. I can tell they truly care about what they do and how it makes you feel. I couldn’t decide between savory and sweet pastries because they all looked so perfectly composed! They couldn’t possibly taste as good as they look, right?! Wrong! Wow. Bacon, Green Chile, Cheese, pastry, and spices in every bite! I also ordered an oat milk latte and that was perfectly creamy and well integrated into the coffee. No stirring or sugar necessary. I’ve never left a coffee shop review before but these guys are worth it. I love the vibe here and might even have to make some special trips.

If you've never been here and you love coffee, please go and try them. They are my favorite roasters around and I love them so much.
I am a little bitter they aren't open on Sundays, but I also respect that.

This is one of the best coffee roasters in Colorado. Ask baristas for a recommendation. Modern nice space and also outdoor seating area. One of my favorite coffee shops in the area.

Love Sweet Bloom Coffee and so happy to have a location closer to me now! When everyone was shut down a few months ago, they were one of the first businesses I noticed to jump on finding smart, safe ways to keep serving us coffee and keep their doors open.

This place is great! Good coffee and great pastries. You can hang out here comfortably for a good while! Nice patio too!

In terms of coffee quality, it's one of the top 3 coffee shops in the Denver area that I've been to, and has the advantage of being the closest to me. I generally get plain lattes for reference, but I imagine their espresso is top notch. The pure espresso mixed with the froth when I first drink a latte tells me a lot about the quality of coffee at a coffee shop, and the espresso at two rivers is so rich and smooth, like a good scotch. After the frothy espresso is drunk down, which doesn't take long because it's so good, the rest of the latte doesn't taste like simply milky coffee, and retains a lot of the complexity from the espresso. This isn't always the case and in my experience is another way that good coffee shops are set apart from lesser ones.

It has a modern look, but not tacky and stark. The coffee bar is right in the middle which is cool and gives it a lot of open space. To me it has a library feel, which I love, and makes it a great environment to study or work on things. There is also ample shaded outdoor seating, which is a bonus.

The employees are all great from what I've seen - always willing to chit chat and take an active interest in what you have to say. Otherwise they are good people and provide awesome customer service.

Be aware that it's part of a strip mall which is pretty busy on the weekends so parking can be tough to come by, but I've always been able to park, maybe just have to walk a bit.

This place is without a doubt one of my favorite coffee places ever. They have an interesting selection on their menu. I find that I'm a fan of their lattes, but I have every intention of trying more of their stuff. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is great, the price is great, and the staff is great. Everything is great and I'll be bringing my business here more often.

A Sweet Bloom is a delightful coffee house. I love their roasting, so just buying their beans is worth it. But make sure to also try the espresso in house, their preparation is an experience.
