The coffee here is excellent! We like them bold and complex, and Sweet Bloom does not disappoint. Prices are on par with other nearby shops, but what takes this establishment a notch above the rest is the vibe and energy, and their staff members who always seem to enjoy what they are doing. When we have time to drive farther than our neighborhood Bucks, we hit up Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters and hang out for an hour.

Great coffee & amazing pastries! Sweet Bloom is my favorite spot in Arvada to meet my real estate clients & friends for coffee.

Good coffee! That's what's it's all about, right?! But the crew were very friendly and the space is great. It's comfortable inside and the patio is large and setup well. Overall a very pleasant experience!

So let me start by saying this was a well recommended shop and that I have been a craft coffee professional for nearly a decade. I will say that my standard is high, but that is because i have a trained palette. I understand that there are thousands of schools of thought on what good coffee is, but when I order a single origin espresso shot, and it’s served to me as ALL crema, I can tell you right away that it’s extremely under-extracted and should not have been served. They did not have any soda water for me to cleanse the flavor and only offered still. Why have all that fancy equipment if you’re doing a disservice to me and the beans by serving up bad brews instead of taking the extra couple of minutes to dial in your recipe throughout the day? You only have one option for single origin, so I honestly expected more. I was able to tell there was something wrong just watching my shot pull so fast, and then was shocked when I got it served to me without hesitation. Did I order ristretto? No, So why give me one? On other days I had nice experiences, but now I think its a gamble. The other reason is the poor Wi-Fi connection. I would like to be able to get work done after I order my coffee (like everyone else).

Their roasted coffee is pretty dang good. Also had the gouda and ham croissant, very tasty. Will definitely be heading back.

Best artisan coffee in the area! Always consistent in taste, creatively and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff is always super friendly and always provide excellent service. Cold nitrogen brew is light and smooth. Relaxing vibe and airy space to hang out. Roaster inside to view.

We've found ourselves coming back to this shop week after week because
- the baristas are all genuine and helpful. They're happy to explain their coffees and give recommendations based on what you're looking for. Once they even offered a free coffee when they had a POS system outage and we didn't have cash on us (we obtained cash)
- the house made syrups are really good without over-sweetening the drink. The chocolate is my favorite
- their coffee is "direct trade", meaning someone from Sweet Bloom has personally traveled to meet a small coffee farmer one-on-one and cultivated a relationship to source beans from their farm at a fair price. You don't get that authenticity and traceability just paying your way to the ubiquitous Fair-trade label

Great local roaster and pastries are equally delicious!!! Handmade donuts the first Saturday of the month are delectable!

I love Sweet Bloom! I come here fairly often to work and enjoy a coffee... They never disappoint. The staff is friendly and fast, the shop environment is inviting and set up so that you can get some good focus time in without feeling cramped or rushed. The coffee and food are FABULOUS. I know, it's a bit more pricey than Starbucks. This is a neighborhood shop serving high-quality goods, it's well worth the money. You will taste the difference! :)

High quality, high price.
We come here every time we want to spend a little more to get a nice vanilla latte. The service is friendly and professional, the baked goods are very good, and they make nice espresso drinks. The coffee beans are too light for my taste, but I feel like that's probably my unrefined palate. The one complaint I have is price - two espresso drinks and two pastries runs your nearly $20.
