Locally brewed coffee, high quality and affordable. Friendly batistas. Supports their community. Easy place to relax, grab breakfast and sip a delicious cup of joe.

Stopped in on our way back home. The cold brew is fantastic. The French toast is more like blueberry bread pudding (I’m a huge fan 👌) and doesn’t need any syrup. Huevos Rancheros was tasty but you will feel those green chiles. A little sad we didn’t get the breakfast burrito because it looked delicious too. Also, very reasonably priced - with coffee modifications was less than $25 for 2. Staff also took the time to set expectations by telling us it would a bit before food came out. Well worth the wait.

The Roast is always one of my favorite spots to get a cup of coffee and breakfast in town. Its environment is always relaxed and easy going and the staff are wonderful and welcoming.

Do not stop here. We stopped here on our way to a football game and we ordered 7 meals. Out of the 7 ,there was not a single order that was good. Every egg in our table was overcooked and every dish was cold. Most of our table did not finish their food. No one was happy and the staff was so busy we could not tell them. I recommend steering as far away from this place as possible and you will have better luck at McDonald's.

We are on vacation and my favorite thing is to go to local coffee shops and support local. This place did not disappoint! The sail away tasted like a delicious almond joy and the cold brew had great flavor just a little too much water. Stickers which we collect were free which is rad! Definitely would visit again!

The perfect smell of fresh ground coffee hits you very delightfully across the face as you walk in and it's awesome. This place is great. The food was fantastic, the coffee drink selection is vast and the ones we tried were great. If that's not your fancy, don't worry, the fresh brewed BEER is on tap and all made local. Did I mention that our server Gabriel was one of the most genuinely passionate servers I've ever had, this place was great.

We stopped in during our road trip and are so happy we did! I got their Kendall's special coffee (Pumpkin spice roasted) and it was so good, I had to buy some to take it home with me! Breakfast was good also; we got the burrito and an order of biscuits and gravy. Both were delicious.

My husband and I are on a weekend getaway to the Sand Dunes and tried this place for breakfast. It is SO good! Their coffee is top notch (and I’m a coffee snob), the atmosphere is rad, the service is fast and friendly, and the food was to die for! We had the blueberry bread pudding French toast and huevos rancheros and both were 10/10! We’d definitely come here again!

Great little place for breakfast and coffee. Specialty drinks are posted, make sure to check those out before ordering! Both were outstanding. The atmosphere was just fun, and the service was great. Really enjoyed looking at their large selection of coffee retail items as well.
