Roast Cafe

I like this restaurant. They try to make it right. I couldnt get them to cook eggs to my liking but im different. I like my eggs solid with no viscosity. They tried and tried. But no breakfast for me. Thats ok. Im not mad. I still like this place.

Breakfast quesadilla was good. Nothing I would boast about. Drinks were fine. Two iced lattes. Customer service was bad. I had to wipe my hands on my pants.

Great place to get Pastys - they even offered a Philly Pasty which was exceptional. Fun atmosphere - the cook came out to see how we liked our meal. Good vibe to the place!

This place is amazing, best Biscuits and Gravy I have ever had. The coffee was great, and the staff were Friendly and very helpful.

Good coffee both for a quick stop and to hang around for a little while. Breakfast is underwhelming and the Roast staff does not use the most sanitary methods to prepare your food.

Absolutely loved this place! We stayed in alamosa for 2 days, and went to this place both days! Great coffee and pastries, and even better service!

Good food and even better coffee. It’s hard going back to Folgers after purchasing a bag of their excellent Wolf Creek blend coffee.

Coffee is okay. Not quite what I was expecting and their selection of flavor syrups is a little lacking. My biggest issue is with their prices. I can get better food in bigger portions for less money elsewhere.
