This is another cute place in town, when one place is closed and the other one is open, it's actually amazing to have in a small town like this as for someone who loves her coffee.
The first visit was nice, it was quiet and peaceful.
It's very open, spacious, and good amount of seating. Their menu has a huge variety from treats, goodies, ice cream, smoothies, coffee, latte's, teas, and good amount of food choices as well.
Second visit I brought my mom and we sat inside but we couldn't stay long due to the loudness of children from another family inside. It was uncomfortable to have conversations with my mom, when I couldn't hear or understand her. I also have sensitive hearing so another reason I couldn't stay and enjoy the place.
When visiting and there's quietness, it's nice to come in and enjoy a book and a nice cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, or/ and a treat. :)

We were headed to Vail for some spring break skiing. After being snowed in Nebraska and I-80 closed for the night, we had an early morning drive through the rolling hills of both Nebraska and Colorado, down on route 34. Stopped in Akron to grab coffee and breakfast and Cornerstone Coffee was such a pleasant surprise! A quaint little spot, well toasted paninis, homemade jalapeño biscuits, scrambled eggs, excellent latte, all served with a warm smile. True Colorado hospitality :)

This place was a good find in the small town of Akron. I would stop again when I'm there on business. I had a good chicken, bacon & cheddar panini and a brownie too.

horrifyingly rude on phone, asked a simple question and he hung up on me right away as I was speaking...… never going to this place

Everyone is very friendly and has great hospitality. The coffee is very hot and they made it perfectly for me. The jalapeño bacon cream cheese bagel is one of the best I’ve ever had! Absolutely amazing!

Great place to have relaxing visits with friends. Great quality food. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't speak to that. I like that there's fountain drinks.

First time we've stopped in, but won't be the last! Very friendly owners and a great cup of coffee! Also, pleasantly surprised that they had gluten free goodies! A+ in my book.

When we moved to town this quickly became our favorite place. The owners are kind and welcoming. My family and I always feel at home and could easily stay all day just chatting.
You will never find a more genuine and hardworking staff. Keep in mind, this isn't some fast food joint, they make their own 1k Island dressing (and most of everything else too)
Seriously, try the Rueben... its amazing.
Oh did I mention they host local children's art too?! I think that's awesome personally.
There's something for everyone too! Fresh baked goods, 3 meals a day that rotate with classics for the consistant folk.
This is our home away from home.
You will be hard pressed to find better quality, caring, and dedication to a craft than at Cornerstone.
If you are anywhere near Akron, stop in and grab a bite or some coffee, you won't be disappointed.

Our meal was very good and the staff was everything positive you could ask for! The food menu is huge, the coffee selection even bigger and many baked desserts to choose from. We'll stop there anytime we are in the area.
