Drive thru was only opened, so don't come if you are going to meet up with friends. We had to park and drive thru in one car. But regardless the Mocha Frapp was very tasty my husband gets the horchata Frapp and it's fire. Super clean and bran new.

I placed an order for 10 people, coffee and pastries yesterday afternoon and went to pick up this morning. The order was ready on time and delicious! The staff was so friendly and helpful with loading the car. The cafe cubano is delicious! This is a great place to breakaway from the Starbucks monotony.

The coffee is good but they always get my order wrong. Today I went and had ordered 3 coffee and 3 pastries. The lady was repeating my order but I didn't understand a think she said. After I had paid they were giving me 2 coffees and the pastries. I said it was 3 coffees so after their mistake I still had to pay for my third coffee. I think that if it was their mistake they could of gave me the coffee free or something. I had paid with card I didn't have no cash and I still has to use my card once again for 4 freaking dollars. Hopefully next time I go they don't get it wrong. If not I wont be going their no more.

Always great coffee. I usually get the horchata latte. The drive thru is on the opposite side of the drive so make sure you get close to the window. The baristas have always been really nice and fast.

Im giving a 3 star because their coffee is good and I really love the Cuben coffee but most of their employees have dry customer service. The older employees give great customer service but all the young folks are just really weak and dry with their greeting and communication skills. Management needs to be on them for this.
