great place to eat chips were stale and soup kind of cold but taste great and the staff was kind of friendly= My husbands chicken was like frozen taste and put in microwave or heated up fast please in the future take your time to make sure the food is fresh and well cooked thank you!.

3/2/19 I have been going to Corner Bakery for a while now. Great staff and great service! However every time I come here, my food comes out cold. My eggs, my bacon, and I’ve noticed my pancakes don’t come out warm anymore. If anything they are barely warm.

Always good food, and great service. The staff is very professional, always polite and considerate. Constantly different people coming and going making sure that each person is taken c AZ re of. Great job working as a team, it is always a nice place to come and eat at because of this teamwork. Thanks again

Rude. It was 9:01PM on 12/15/18 and I saw the manager lock the door and I know they saw me and refused to me let in. I called at 9:05 asking if I could just get a gift card because that’s all I was getting and the female who answered said “No I cannot do that for you because we already closed out the registers. You’re too late”. I myself manage a restaurant. I know from the time they closed to the time I called they couldn’t have closed a register that quickly. They’ve clearly proven to me that this location is not focus on taking care of their guests. I understand your team wants to go home but common, I was literally going to swipe my card and take off. Not that difficult....

Love their pancakes! OK, I don't usually write negative reviews, but here it goes. This is an update as of 1/7/19: I went to Corner Bakery Cafe in the morning for the delicious pancakes. But they stopped serving them fresh off the grill! They started cooking them up and placing them in a "warmer" and by the time they were served the pancakes were cold :-O I mean cold, like the whipped butter wouldn't melt. The first time this happened I thought it was a fluke, but it kept happening and even when I took my cold pancakes back to the counter and asked for fresh ones, they still came back to me only warm. I spoke to the staff about this and I was told that the pancakes were served fresh even though I was standing there with cold pancakes.

Alas, I stopped going to Corner Bakery Cafe. There other entries are fine, but since I went there for the delicious pancakes, well it's just too bad.

OK, I feel bad writing this review, so I'm going to go to the Corner Bakery Cafe latter this week and see if this situation has been remedied. If it has, I'll come back and make the appropriate changes to my review.

Last night I had ordered a sandwich and some soup. After they had given me my order, I had walked back to my car and had tripped over a cement parking block (it was dark outside).After falling and spilled everything I had in my hand, I got back up and went back inside to tell them I had to place another order because I fell. The lady there felt so bad that she told me she would remake everything for me without having to repay. She even offered me a cookie and a refund. (Which I said that wasn’t necessary).We need more people like this! Thank you for making me feel better and being so amazing!

I had a situation where there was a misunderstanding with an employee and myself regarding the details of a promotion. The store partnered with soul2soul to offer runners a perk for a local half marathon. Anyway, upon discussion with the GM, Mr. Walker, it was totally resolved. He is a kind and reasonable man, and the whole staff are hard workers. It's also nice that everytime I go there I run into someone I know. Great place for a business lunch.

Kind of a slightly more countrified Panera. Good food ordered at the counter, then delivered to your table. Really great salads and soups and the sandwiches are good to. The Visalia store has an outdoor front patio and is pet friendly. A happy efficient wait staff that actually went out of their way to see that we were happy. I'll definitely be back!

Delicious comfort food that hits the spot, without feeling too stuffed. Nice atmosphere. I love soups, salads, and pasta so it was a hit for me.

Asked for a kids hot chocolate and it was extremely hot. Restaurant inside needs to be cleaned better. They were very disorganized. It wasn't even busy. Disappointed, it was our first time there.
