The food here is amazing. But it was very uncomfortable that mask policies are not enforced even on their own staff. One staff member was not wearing a mask, and five customers inside the small ordering areas. There can be some very easy policies that can be implemented to keep the customers safe. Please take COVID seriously. You do not want to unintentionally harm customers by not enforcing a very simple mask policy and social distancing measures.

I have been coming to Alicia's for years. My family has been coming to Twain Harte since I was a little kid and my parents moved up here full time a few years and ago and every time I come visit it's a ritual to stop here. Tho I can't each much of her pastries every now and again she will have a vegan option. However back in the day before becoming a vegan I would eat at least two Cinnamon rolls per trip!! They are some of the best in the world, not because of any special ingredient but because she puts so much love and hard work into her creations. Alicia is so sweet, and her daughters are proof of how wonderful of a person she is, cause they are equally as amazing!! They work hard to make everyone feel welcome and give something great! Everything is hands made fresh, the place can get packed I've seen lines out the door! She even supports local artist and the pictures on hey walls are by local artist and can be purchased! This place is a must-go-to spot in Twain Harte!!

Wow, what can I say? I thought Twain Harte was void of any establishments other than "dive bars". This place is a good breakfast stop by San Fransisco standards. Even if you're vegan, they'll easily accommodate. I chose the veggie and black bean burrito, and it was simply amazing. It hit the spot.

We were wonderfully served! My wife and I shared the Breakfast Burrito with pulled pork! Excellent! Tasty! We have eaten here several times when we visit and have not been disappointed!

This is a must stop place for our family! We start every trip to the high country with a delicious pastry and cup of coffee. The artichoke and jalepeno is our children's favorite while I am a huge fan of the quiche!! Everything here is so worth the drive!! :)

Great breakfast sandwich and loaded pastry! The staff is SUPER!

Obviously darling and touristy bakery and cafe with vegan offerings. Plenty of pastry choices including cinnamon rolls and multiple types of fruit tarts. They observed mask guidelines mostly and insisted on it for customers. Wow. There's content that will hopefully be obsolete someday. Outdoor seating under the pines. The food was tasty enough but might have benefited from just a skosh more salt, pepper, and seasonings in general.

Had an absolutely lovely breakfast and coffee with my girlfriend while passing through! Everyone was superbly nice and the food was delicious. HIGHLY recommend!!

We got two cappuccinos and a cinnamon bun. The cappuccinos were okay, nothing too special, but the cinnamon bun was completely dry. It was a bit disappointing after all we heard about this place. It is a very cute cafe, but the overpriced and dry pastry was a total let down.

Great bakery and breakfast spot! They bake every morning - tasty cinnamon rolls and streusel. Excellent location to stop at as you head up the mountain to Dodge Ridge
