Peet's Coffee

Great regular coffee. Pleasant employees. Clean facility. Can't ask for anything more.

I have been coming here for years. There are some staff that are amazing.
Lately they have new people, and the worse service.
I am bummed that I have to write this review. It felt like I was in visible. One of the girls never acknolackges any ethnic person. I don't think she is doing it on purpose, and I would expect a place like PeetsP to have better training.

I love Peets Coffee! The app that allows to order in advance is great except this holds up the ordering for anyone else who waits in line just to place an order. Everything then is backed up, from the barista to the person taking orders.20 minutes later, I can get my Mocha which was fantastic! Need more staff to manage the doubling up of these 2 methods. Not efficient at all. Thanks.

This is my favorite Peet's. Everyone who works here is great. We always sit outside because we usually bring our dog. They have done a great job on working with The Habit next door to maintain separate patio spaces, though they do have to keep the trash can inside of the door at Peet's now so people don't throw away their Habit trash in the Peet's bins.

Only downside is the parking lot can be quite a nightmare. It is small and surrounded with popular lunch spots so it's always crowded. Still a convenient location for us and we love coming here.

Rude baristas and average coffee. Have ordered latte a few times which is consistently average. Baristas are in a league of their own. Bye bye Peet's.

I love the staff and my drinks at this location..I'm always welcomed by a warm smile and friendly baristas which make this one of my favs in the bay area. My iced caramel lattes are always amazing and the lemon bunt cake just makes it even better. So I must give them five stars.

Peet's has excellent coffee and teas. The people that work there are great, offering a smile and excellent, fast service. And they make an awesome Masala Chai Latte!

There are several seats inside and out and I love to sit outside on the patio area when the weather permits.

All baristas are so incredibly friendly. I am in love with Peet's Coffee. I go here everyday. The coffee is so smooth and tasty. It's the reason I wake up in the morning.

Not impressed. The location is good and the patio is nice but that is about it. They got my order too sweet and too icy (ordered a Javiva ice blended drink, with soy and less sugar). I forgot to add my drink to my Peetniks rewards app, and so went back to the shop immediately to add it. It seemed my barrista had checked out of her station, and her replacement could not check me in to collect my rewards. All they said was "sorry, we can't", after trying for a minute. The other Peets down the street is SOOOO much better - they get my order right, and have gone out of their way to ring my rewards in when I forgot to do it while ordering. Yes, I know I keep forgetting to ring in my rewards, but it makes a difference when the team really tries to help me. This Peets was just not great, sadly.

Also, what is up with super sick people going to coffee shops and practicing poor hygiene? Had a similar experience in Starbucks, and it is the same here. Come on people - stop infecting others by covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze. It's basic hygiene and really, basic courtesy to others.

Peet's reliably provides a genuinely good cup of coffee, and the expresso drinks aren't overpoweringly sweet or filled with too much milk. They have a couple gluten free pastries which are actually quite good. A true coffee lover can come into Peet's and be met by friendly baristas, a nice place to sit, and a very satisfying cup of Joe :)
