Dutch Bros Coffee

Let me tell you. First time having and receiving a free drink in over a couple years.
I was very disappointed. Felt unsatisfied and the disrespect they did my drink. It's not just about a free drink. It's the all the work in progress to achieve a free drink showing your dedication in this business. Nothing but foam. Aka whip cream and 2inches of coffee in a large cup? Yall filled my cup full of whip with a shot of coffee? I was up all night feeding my son in the hospital, expecting a nice full cup of Dutch bros that would of helped me. I had it on my mind for couple days. Saving that one free drink for a time like this. Just to be disrespect by employees who could careless about giving the thought of giving a free drink to someone.

My kids just walked from our boat to get all of us coffee they accidentally forgot their masks on the boat so they went to buy some when they returned with masks but Dutch Brothers still refused to serve them and sent them away. This is completely over the top. We can drive up in a car and not have a mask on but walk up gets refused service. They are protecting yourself with a mask. If the other person dosn't want to participate then that's on them. Dutch Bros was our favorite but as of now we will move on. We would spend quite a lot of money every weekend since we are enjoying a boat ride and order between 6 to 8 different veritys sometimes two times a weekend and now we will find elsewhere. Please tell you're employees they lost a dedicated Dutch Brothers Family

Staff is super friendly and helpful, loved the drinks from here. Way better than the green mermaid lady. They have dairy free options too which is great for people who can't or don't drink dairy

First experience was perfect. They were helpful and patient with us figuring out the menu with good vibes till the end :)

Dutch bros is great, and I really like going but there is no consistency. I can order the same drink at different locations and its never the same drink. :(

I love the morning crew! My before work coffee is just the pick me up I need and the Broistas make my drink perfect every time.

No a great window experience here. I tried to order a cookie mocha and the guy asked me if I wanted my banana-nana(?) Hot or cold. I corrected him on my order and thought he fixed it, but all I ended up with was a regular mocha. Still a good drink, but not want I wanted.
