Dutch Bros Coffee

The service is great, I went in and had no idea what to order. The lady that attended us asked me what flavors I liked and suggested literally the perfect drink for me "The Annihilator."
Another time a nice gentleman served us and he was very nice and friendly :D. Everytime i've gone they have had great customer service and amazing drinks 🤤

I was pretty good. I went with my cousins since they said their coffee and drinks are good and they were right ✅. The service was pretty fast with a decent line. take in account that it's a small drive though only place.

First time going there & ordered an Electric Berry from the Blue Rebel Energy Drink. It was Great!!! Perfect timing too while driving back to Milpitas from Elk Grove.

My kids love Dutch bros. I'm not understanding why. I will say the service is outstanding. I guess that makes up for the underwhelming drinks. But, who am I to say... you be the judge, go get your Dutch on.

Nick was such a great help!! I can tell he’s a great worker I didn’t know what I wanted he quickly figured out what I liked and was able to mix something up for me, both me and my wife loved his attitude and approach, it’s our first time and the experience was great exceeded expectations no doubt. Jennifer as well shout out for making our first time something to remember both nick and Jennifer won our service I hope they get recognized for their hard work it ain’t easy to stand out in the sun and provide outstanding customer service. The drive thru line is hella slow in the mornings!! If you are on your way to work give yourself an extra 15-20 minutes for the wait in line. If not expect to be late!! The wait is shorter in the afternoons as they normally have both lanes open. Most of the new employees are okay at best but nothing like the originals from when it first opened. Nick however is great. He always has us laughing.

Better than Starbucks not gonna lie. Still like Starbucks, but that's for sugar, seasonal and matcha drinks. The drinks here actually wake me up. And I used to hate the bitter coffee taste, still do. But here even if it tastes more like the coffee, like it should, I still love it. It's not bitter like I hate.

Dutch bros is amazing!!!!! Literally anyone you go to will provide a spectacular experience from the service they provide to the taste of your drink. I used to live in Idaho and they were everywhere then I moved to Illinois and they were no where. I would go back home and they talk to you like they’re your best friend and once gave me a fully stamped card since they knew I didn’t get to go there often. When I moved to california, the first thing I did was find the nearest Dutch Bros. I was so happy when I found one 45 min away. It’s a long drive but I do the drive just to get a Dutch bros.

My mind gets too excited when it’s time to go though that I have actually forgotten my card twice. Each time though they make it worth it. The first time the girl said your drinks are on me don’t worry about it. We were so happy that we did drive back and give her money for the drink and a huge tip, though I am sure there are many times she does that (as well as many others)when she does not get the money or a tip and is just truly kind. I’m sure people have forgotten their card and are already having a hard day and maybe are on their way to work where doing something like that could have turned their day around and it makes me happy. The second time I forgot my card (tonight) I just couldn’t believe my stupidity. I went to drive away and said I would come back but a guy stopped me and was like hey it’s not the drink you wanted but it’s free, you want it? Seriously such cool people so happy. Going to make the drive again tomorrow night and I’m not forgetting my card this time!!!!

Always 110% satisfied coming to this Dutch Bros! Staff is always super nice. Devyn was a super help today trying to help us decide what to drink. Thank you!
