Heaven's Little Café

This is a cute little cafe that we found when we got sick of our hotel restaurant lol. It has pastries, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwich, pancakes, eggs, smoothies, coffee and other beverages. It’s a nice, quick stop to get a bite before going out and starting your day. Staff was very friendly.

The burritos were great. Little pricey in my opinion but the portions made up for it. Good food. Smells great. We also had our dog with us and weren’t given any grieve which is nice.

Burger taste good.

We found a hair in the burrito we aproche the manager, she stated that they have a male chef on duty while the chef that prepared our food was a female My disappointment was that the cafe didn't accept responsibility and tried to blame us with this issue. The hair was inside the burrito not just laying on top. Its absolutely a kitchen error, BTW non of us have a long hair and that color.

I've not long arrive to the states from Australia where it isn't customary to tip. However, it is my understanding that a tip is paid to reward and give gratitude to the wait staff for their service, and paid according to the level they provided to you.

I ordered two items from the lady at the counter, I proceeded to pay with card, and then quickly promted into the amount of tip I wanted to add before we even got a chance to sit down.

When our meal was ready a 'ding' on the bell chimed. My meal was waiting for me, in a takeaway container at the counter for me to stand up, collect, and return back to my table.

Tips should be earnt not entitled to. Meal was nice, but customer service needs improvement.

Cool place to get breakfast and a coffee. We stopped by here while waiting for the Gondola to open. Breakfast burrito and coffee was great.

Cool little coffee place, actually had a good burrito. If you don't want your typical starbucks, come over here. Takes a little bit longer to get food, but I just walked around the shops until it was ready. Definitely would come back.

Alleight place for an allright breakfast. They are quick. The place is tiny and gets packed.
