Crazy Good Bakery And Cafe

Best bakery in South Lake Tahoe! This place is a must stop for pastries! Absolutely delicious! And the staff is so friendly! If you do go, there may be a wait, but I promise the wait is worth it!!!!!!

Delightful atmosphere. Polite, patient employees, yummy croissants, fun gift items. DON'T NEED TO LOCK UP YOUR BICYCLE. Not cheap, but a good small business to support.

Found this gem of a bakery.
When they say crazy good they are not kidding! We had the Apple strudel and the almond croissant.
We also picked up a Pastrami and Swiss croissant to take home for lunch.
Thank you to Nichole for treating us so well… We will definitely be back before we leave.

The super friendly staff and fantastic coffee is only surpassed by the heavenly bakery goods. Holy lake monsters, you have to try the crumb cake.....you won't have to eat the rest of the day. Herbie says gotta do it!

What a lovely place. Really good bagels and croissants. Also a tasty bear claw! Very cute and sassy gift area as well.

The apple cider donuts were amazing. Everything was amazing. We had the original cinnamon bun (instead of the Oreo addition) and it was perfect. Do not expect to get out of their quickly-take your time and enjoy the seating areas. The bagels are very good-being from the East Coast and being spoiled by boiled bagels-these are close. Not dense like every other California bagel. You can call ahead! I don’t drink coffee but I am sure that is tasty as well! Must stop here if you are here for the weekend.

One warning: hot foods are microwaved. I'd go tahoe bagel company if you want a sandwich more than the bagel

The staff was super nice, and the bakery items are excellent.
However the picture showcases donuts and they don't have any donuts! When I asked she said it's not something they do all the time they just pop up now and then. If that's the case the donuts should not be one of the main item showcased in the pictures

I truly recommend this cafe better than any star bucks, really reasonable price, every thing is fresh and clean, staff are really polite and friendly. Vegie spinach scones,
