It was decent, not great. It took them a bit to get to us and take our order, which I was surprised at because of how much staff they had on at the time. Food was good, though I wish they had other options.
This place is old school. Parts of the cottage cheese ceiling is coming off. but it is just an appearance thing, not health dept related. When we did get waited on, our server was nice and the order was accurate.

Don't waste your money! They serve margarine! Yep! Margarine! We wanted pancakes. We wanted waffles. We couldn't order them because this place didn't care enough about it's clientele to serve Butter! They could have been stellar but now they belong in the cellar. Shame on you!

Cute place, ordered breakfast to go. Food probably would have been amazing if staff would have put syrup in the bag for the waffles and salt and pepper for the eggs. I'm sure dining in is a better experience.

Great service. Friendly staff. Very quick. Not crowded or touristy. Great place for breakfast and lunch!
Diana V. noticed my girlfriends birthday after carding for a mimosa and brought her a scoop of ice cream without being asked.
Will be back for sure!

Food was okay but not great by any means. The service was poor - our waitress was a teenage girl who couldn't care less about us or her job. I expected a lot more from a small town "mom and pops" place. I expected fresher ingredients not canned peaches to top my waffle.
Eggs were reasonable and normal for anywhere similar to IHOP. Waffles weren't anything special and are on the smaller side - toppings are not fresh. Hashbrowns were soggy.
I would have liked better food and most importantly customer service. I would have been happier at waffle House or IHOP and neither was those places is anything special.

Fantastic place for food and service. No line on a Saturday around noon. We didn’t want to wait at other restaurants where there were at least 30 minute wait times. Plus, it’s about 90 degrees outside.

Had breakfast here with the large party. I have been here before and wasn't terribly impressed. I went with the classic benedict, always my go to when in doubt. Kids were happy with their eggs sausage and crepes. Waffles are on point, great texture with really no need for syrup. The benedict was very standard, was hoping the hollandaise was just a bit richer. Tasted some of the chicken fried steak next to me and was glad I did. Ultimately though waffles and crepes I think was the overall favorite.

The food was generally ok, but not what I had hoped for. Admittedly, I didn't have either crepes or waffles (which is what this restaurant really seems to be known for), so I wasn't exactly trying their signature dish.
My wife ordered three fried eggs, which she had wanted to remove the whites from (due to food sensitivities), but they had been more or less scrambled. This had been explained very clearly to the waitress, so there was definitely a communication breakdown somewhere.
I ordered classic Eggs Benedict, as well as biscuits and gravy. They were "ok", but not something to write home about.
I have heard great things about this place, so hopefully this was a fluke.

While sitting at the promenade they took a chair from my child while eating because we were on the other side. I would understand if there was a shortage, but they had 4 empty tables and extra chairs all around. The lady was rude when she approached and demanded the chair back and very impatient while when got our bag off of the side. So much for our small town hospitality.
