Delicious pastries, yummy meals and the best coffee and staff! Our favorite is sitting on their patio and enjoying a beautiful afternoon lunch. I know their breads are where it’s at but the salads are some of my faves in town.

We went here for breakfast and it did not disappoint. Cute place, beautiful secluded little spot. Good views with good in door and out door seating. Food was simple, to the point and delicious. Not over filling where you need a nap after but sufficient servings to be full and energized to continue the day. The baked treats are amazing! Hard to decide on just one, but who says you can only have one... We would have given this place a 5er, however the service has to always be considered. And unfortunately the service was not the friendliest. They weren't rude but they seemed very disinterested in having customers. Felt like they could care less whether we showed up or not. Which is fine, we went for the food not the people, but when you dine out you want a happy welcoming feeling around you, like you didn't leave the comfort of your own home to just be lazy and not cook yourself. You want to be a part of society. My opinion anyways.

Had lunch here at my 88 year old mothers request (long time resident of SY)
We each had a Reuben, which were quite tasty she a latte me an 805 (beer)
$48.00, I felt was very expensive for lunch.
$16.50 for a Reuben $6.50 for a bottle of beer and $5.00 for a latte.
Won’t be back.

The Bakers Table is a secret treasure in the SY valley. A MUST stop for delicious freshly baked pastries, breakfast or lunch. Wonderful menu and daily specials. Always first rate! Highly recommend.

Was stopping to look for something to eat due to 101 being closed and found this spot on Google maps and gave it a shot but I felt under dressed cause I was wearing work cloths but passed by the owner that heard my phone give me directions she told me that I was perfectly okay and made me feel welcomed and suggested there breakfast burrito, although I didn't get the burrito I got the sandwich and it was delicious and made my day even better thru my hectic morning. I'll be back to try that burrito though

Passing through Santa Ynez and we happened to park our motorhome across the street." Hey Hubby, I'm going to check out this bakery across the street." I opened the door to find a spacious airy bright room filled with only a few pastries left by 2:00pm. I bought a hugh maple scone. Back on the road again, I bit into crispy buttery edge of the best scone I have ever eater. NOW you must understand, I am an award-winning competition cook who makes plenty of outstanding scones. The Baker's Table scone was better than mine by my "judges" eye and palate. The texture of the crumb and the natural flavor of the maple was perfection. I arrived home and couldn't stop thinking about this perfected scone so I quickly planned a trip to Santa Ynez with a girlfriend to share with her my new maple scone discovery. I called The Baker's Table ahead of time to ensure there would be 4 maple scones set aside for me. Upon arrival they couldn't find the reserved maple scones but fortunately had 3 left. I tried out the lemon ginger scone too...very good. Soooo now I have booked another trip to Santa Ynez because it was yummy love at first bite!

I had a fried egg sandwich on a croissant that was made in house with cheddar and bacon. It was amazing! Nice employees and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely go again and recommend it!
