Not a bad word can be said about Peet's Coffee it's always of the highest quality and taste great the one on 3rd Street has a good friend of mine behind the counter her name is Nancy if you ever in Pete's on 3rd Street in San Rafael please give Nancy out of shot she's been there forever and she is asset to the community

Left my espresso on the bar in a location other than where other coffee is served. I asked after awhile, found it, but out was Luke warm by then. Possibly i didn't hear the guy say my name likely, but why bout seer out out with the rest of my order?

5 facts about Peet's on 3rd steet:
1. The place is incredible loud, I mean really loud.
2. It's your classic 2nd wave coffee shop. Okay coffee, with zero attention to detail. I doubt anyone cleaned the espresso machine in the past week.
3. The place overall is fairly dirty, but it is really busy.
4. The baristas never purge the heads, clean steam wands or the portafilters. It's kinda gross.
5. But there is plenty of free parking!

Got there at at 8:01 today 11/18 doors still open. Walked in pudgy short haired girl told me they were closed. Lock door or get a little better at customer service. Never going back

Prior to remodel Mgmt run inventory down to zero several days before the remodeled so local regular customers had no beans. Very poor Mgmt strat. Who was the Mgmt and who was regional mgmt VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
