Nice friendly staff, cute location and most importantly wonderful food! I usually get mine to go and it's like having a meal cooked just for me. They also have some wonderful local goods, yes cocktail is a must try.

I'm a huge fan. I went to their Mindbody cafe location every week for lunch, and cannot say enough about the freshness of their ingredients and their eye for quality offerings. My absolute favorite thing is their salt and vinegar potato chips, which they make themselves. So addicting, and way better than any grocery store could make. I visited the area recently and got several bags of the chips for the drive home.

Will preface by saying we order takeout from here often and it’s always fine (pricey but fine) but I just had a 3rd bad dining experience in a row so I will share it. 1st of 3 bad experiences we got two breakfast burritos that were literally all potato served with potatoes on the side. What? 2nd time got a Rueben sandwich special with a single thin slice of corned beef. Wasn’t even good, bread was totally soggy. Today I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which comes with a brassica salad. Says it on the menu. It arrives with a few chips. Went to the front to ask about the brassica salad and the guy was like “oh it comes with chips now”. Asked if I could have some coleslaw instead cause I see some in the deli case… He looked at me dumbfounded and shrugged his shoulders. I just walked away. Won’t be back.

Stopped by while on a food tour. Wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised to meet the owners and the chef. Delicious samples of their food offerings, each with their own special taste. Nothing bland, just mouth watering goodness. And the key lime pie will blow your mind! Wow! I will go back!

This is one of my go-to places in SLO. I love how everything is farm-to-table style. The atmosphere is always laid-back and it is a great place to eat good food and enjoy great company. The food is very fresh and carefully made. I always enjoy their sandwiches and soups they have. Their homemade macarons (gluten-free!) are really good too. The staff is very kind and friendly too. I've had the veggie sandwich special multiple times and it never disappoints! I also enjoy the salad options.

We ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from SLO Provisions and could not have been happier. The turkey was moist and flavorful, as were all the sides. We got the sourdough dressing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts and gravy. The feast came with complete directions and we were able to easily heat/cook everything to be ready at the same time. Perhaps our favorite, though, was the pies — pumpkin and pecan. Every foodie was thrilled and this was far preferred to cooking on our own.

Wow did not expect the food to be so good! Some of the best soup I've ever had, lovely quiche, wife had to get a second order of the devilled eggs. Great staff. Minus one star for the dirty look I got from what looks like the owner who is here working. No need for that attitude at all, snobby vibe.

Okay so I just recently discovered SLO Provisions and first let me start off by saying it's kind of hidden and parking is limited because it's in downtown San Luis Obispo.
BUT IT IS WORTH IT. And it's affordable.
They take card or cash.
First off, the seating inside is super nice. Many different seating options, raises tables, individual seating, small tables, etc. Chip friendly. The interior is very nice, probably one of the cleanest in San Luis.
Secondly, the service is superb.
The menu caters to many different lifestyles. I'm a vegetarian and they have amazing options at well as some of the most delicious vegan choices.
I recommend the squash soup which is vegan.
The grilled cheese is my second favorite.
They have clean eats that are very delicious.
They have a plethora of beverage options.
They do have meat but I'm not sure what it's like, I assume it's popular as they do sell rotisserie chicken whole.
They have yummy desserts. (Vegan included)
The bathroom is nice and clean.
It wasn't crowded when I went last which was on a Friday evening !
Over all I rate this a 10/10.
It's somewhere I would visit daily if I lived closer by.
Definitely a gem!

Breakfast was very mediocre coffee meh. Restaurant not very clean. Inattentive staff. Better coffee and food at Sally Lou's. If you run a business you should really care about all aspects of the experience.
