Restaurant owner Up from San Diego on business... being in the industry, I tend to be way to picky. My daughter and I tripped across this little Gem! Staff is kind, on point and very knowledgable. Perfect, clean-local foods (which is hard to find). Simple but perfect breakfast offerings.
Got the 3 eggs, fennel sausage and fermented sourdough bread (YES I said fermented). Come on now. Good for your gut kind of food. They also have TO-GO offerings in their grab and go, cook books, organic coffee/espresso (which I was Leary of ordering coffee- but they have that machine dialed in just right- no burnt butter espresso here).
Really- I’m just so damn delighted.

Thought I'd share my experience here. It seemed a bit short staffed on that day due to a call out or something. The place was pretty busy, and it was the first day back to "normal" in a lot of ways, according to the manager. I waited a little longer than he liked for my food even though I ordered online, and he took care of me and gave me the food for free, even after I insisted that it was okay. The food was excellent, and for breakfast it hit a spot that a lot of places around here don't. The inside of the place also has a lot of awesome products for sale. Would highly recommend this spot.

Stayed in SLO for 2 days and came here for breakfast both mornings. Food is incredible! Not you typical coffee shop with average food. Would recommend to anyone for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

We were here in February 2020 and the food was delicious and the service was great. Came back today and we could not have been more disappointed. The menu has changed(not for the better), the tables were dirty, and the service was slow. The bacon was burned (it was black, far past crispy) and the eggs were rubbery. Everything lacked flavor, and we left after a few bites and went somewhere else.

First of all, the menu is very confusing. The menu on yelp has some dishes that aren’t sold in this restaurant. The waitress was rude when I asked for avocado because I had forgot to get avocado. When the waitress brought the avocado to us she intentionally made the avocado in the little cup fall. when she came back again she gave us the same avocado that fell. :/ There aren’t many options too. The Original Sando is too cheesy and has lots of egg. The avocado toast had oil and a whole bunch of parmesan cheese. The eggs and avocado had no flavor! The tables were also very dirty.

A great place to pick up something quick but delicious or if you have the time, sit at the patio and have something a little more involved. Great breakfast, the egg dishes are good and the quiche is worth mentioning. Service has always been prompt and friendly, but the parking is and always will be awful in that area.

I came for a birthday breakfast for a coworker and had the eggs and pretty much the best bacon ever with petite potatoes. Very yummy. My coworkers had different varieties of toasts that they raved about. I highly recommend making time to come here. I'm sorry I didn't snap a few photos. Oh and the exceptionally friendly staff will sell you really cool environmentally friendly items that you didn't know you even needed like "unpaper" paper towels. 👌😁

New menu is disappointing. Bring back heartier meals and breakfast burritos. Food quality is good, but very pricey for what you get. Just bought a gift card not long ago that will be hard to use with this limited menu.

The food here is fresh and delicious. We had the cashew chicken bowl and sausage appetizer. Both were scrumptious. There is a a nice outdoor patio that is dog friendly too. Will be back.

We had an amazing breakfast here. We tried both of the toast options and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The inside gets a bit hot for dining but they have a nice patio that allows dogs. Looking forward to trying one of the dinner options.
