Loved their coffees

Regrettably, my recent visit to Brewja Coffee has been less than satisfactory. The café boasts a delightful range of chilled beverages, particularly their unique horchata-based and banana-flavoured Iced Coffee selections. However, the operational aspect fell considerably short. I arrived at 8:15AM on May 21st 2023, as per the business hours listed on Google Maps, only to find the establishment unexpectedly closed. There was a notable absence of any advisory or indication of altered operating hours.

This reflects a lack of professionalism, raising questions about either staff's disciplinary shortcomings or an indifferent owner attitude towards customer convenience. Or it is simply being reckless, not updating Google Maps entry when it's needed. Whenever they are open, there's often a super long wait - feels like they're short on staff.

Despite the excellence of their beverages and food offerings, the operational inefficiencies cast a pall over the overall customer experience.

Until these concerns are addressed, my appraisal of Brewja Coffee remains lukewarm.
