Brewja Coffee

We constantly seek out small, independently owned coffee shops. This one was one of the best. We tried four different coffees, all of which were delicious (to me at least). A word of caution, don't expect the mint cold brew, made with muddled mint leaves to taste like "peppermint." It is mint but carries a complex flavor. If you appreciate different flavors, you'll enjoy this as well.

Loyal client here, I bring family and friends all the time. Was there this morning ordering toasts and cupcakes for my kids. 20 minutes of waiting when I finally decided to check the status of my order. To find out they lost my receipt. After 30 minutes of waiting in the cold and a very insincere “sorry”. Super discouraged at how the situation was handled, I’ll definitely think twice before returning anytime soon.

Overpriced. Their standard is 2 shots regardless of drink size. Kind staff. Kind barista but these java prices are unusually high. Won't be returning...

My wife and I started to come here last year. What a hidden gem in the bay and it should not be! This place is amazing, the owner, staff, are simply the best. They take care and go the extra mile for their customers. And the food, pastries, toasts, drinks, cakes, are all top notch 👌

Cafe located inside Gala bakery serving coffee culture beans. Nice to have an alternative to Frodo Joe's in San Lorenzo with much better coffee.

Really need to offer decaf! Some of us have severe reactions to caffeine, or just a preference, and I know I'm not the only one! Baked goods are fabulous however, so I will change this to five stars whenever you start serving decaf versions of your coffees. Thanks so much!

Used to be my go-to breakfast/coffee spot. The are always 3-4 people working there front. They recently stopped serving the brewja bacon toast and its SUCH A. DISAPPOINTMENT!

It was literally the only reason for going here….Coffee is ok and i can get “ok” coffee anywhere. Bring back the BREWJA BACON TOAST during the week!!!!!!!

Just went in again. No toast available today. I suggest hiring a new manager that can keep up with ordering the Necessary products and items to keep your menu items in stock. Completely ridiculous. I’ve come here 4 different weekend days and its never available. Extremely unfortunate that your toast is so tasty yet it’s never available

This spot is pretty awesome. The coffee is always good and the workers are always really nice. The Horchata Latte is definitely my favorite, not too sweet and you can taste the coffee and Horchata very well. Now they have one thats a Pumpkin Horchata Latte and its sooooooo GOOD!!! If you like Pumpkin Pie, they got one for you too and its Very Good!!! I’ve actually tried more of their options and you cant go wrong with any of them. I would give more stars if I could lol

The spinach and feta croissant was exceptional. The chai latte was also really great! Can’t wait to try the other fun pastries there!

Pretty good food but bit pricy. These toasts are not worth $10 and $12.
