This place is not a franchise but if they were they'd shut down Starbucks. My wife is suuuuper picky and I let her sip my iced hazelnut coffee w/ shot of espresso and it was gone. If I had to rate it 1) Klatch 2) Coffee Bean 3) Starbucks

Cold brew is AMAZING! Also the best fresh baked muffins in town. Can't beat their flat whites either!

We've been coming here for years. This will rearrange your understanding of good coffee. You may never go back to Starbucks. Why would you?

Good service but ugly decor. This one is hidden against the freeway and is easily missed. I don't like coffee, but my companions enjoyed it. I had tea, and it was just ok.

The best pumpkin spice latte I've ever had. Comfortable. Didn't look very promising from outside but once inside it was very nice.

What a great place! Has amazing coffee, one of the best scones I've ever had anywhere. And they have some great customer service.

Great coffee. Must say that it's much better than Starbucks, which ironically doesn't say much. Coffee is great and without the bitterness. Temp is perfect and not too hot.

Klatch has some of the best, if not the best, coffee I have tried. If your in the San Dimas area, and want some really great coffee, you need to pull into Klatch and try some!
