Shift Coffee House

Stopped in to grab some coffee before heading to Aftershock. The coffee was only outshined by the extremely kind and friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome, engaging in conversation about their brewing process. They recently switched to all manual brewing and let me tell you, what a worthy venture. The espresso was incredible. We got the fall special, a salted caramel toffee latte. The toffee was a perfect compliment to the espresso roast. Cannot recommend Shift Coffee House enough! We will be coming back next time we are in town for sure!

Neat car themed spot on Del Paso located in an an art studio building. Outdoor seating available in a plant covered patio.

Great grilled cheese sandwiches and friendly staff plus some nice coffee concoctions!

Come for the coffee, stay for the cheese. I got an americano and a big, greasy, beautiful grilled cheese with orange blossom olive oil.

They have vietnamese coffee, cuban coffee, lavender mochas, and all sorts of things.

Service is super nice and friendly. Atmosphere is neat and the building is updated and looks modern.

Very delicious food. Great for the price. For the sandwich and coffee. I’m very pleased with the atmosphere. Staff is friendly and very funny. Definitely making this a regular spot.

I've been here a handful of times and everytime everyone is super happy and excited to help the customer. Today (9/2 12:22pm) the employees working were just undeserving of wearing the shift coffee name. The woman was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when asked if I could get a basic drink. When I asked for an alternative she rolled her eyes and said "I just said we don't do blended drinks." When I asked for an iced drink. Overall I love the place but the woman working today needs to take a customer service course.

Fantastic vibes, beautiful cafe. Great for studying. Wish they had some lighter options for food, but both the savory and sweet grilled cheeses were delicious! Can't wait until they have their outdoor balcony back. Definitely a new favorite spot

If your a cheese lover this place is for you. I had a savory grilled cheese sandwich. It was full of Super gooey goodness! The coffee was great too.

Are you kidding me ? You've got to try it! Cute spot covered in ivy and charm. Great place to have coffee while you're having the best grilled cheese in town, probably anywhere. Who knew fontina and strawberries and love lived in Del Paso Heights? That's right DPH has Amazing grilled cheese offerings and you'll be able to get your coffee just how you like it at Shifts Coffee House. Wish you were open all the time LOL but appreciate that you're open every day.
