Everyone has supply issues right now so I can kind of forgive them for being out of boba....kind of. However, Egg Puff machine always broken, too...for weeks. Seems like something that can be addressed? Have had better luck at the Petaluma location.

Made a milkshake, with water and oreos - and possibly a touch of dairy - and wouldn't redo it. But if you love oreos shredded in water, then this is definitely your place! BTW, just to see if I was wrong, I popped it in the freezer. Frozen so solid it could be used as a hammer; try that with dairy...

When you walk in you will figure out your order, when you approach the counter an entitled brat will say you need to wear a mask while there is no mask mandate and you are fully vaccinated. When you say you have none since you haven’t had to wear masks for weeks and ask if they can provide one they refuse and then refuse to take your order.

This place is a bit hit and miss. I’ve been there multiple times and sometimes they’ve messed up my order by putting the wrong jellies in or it’s been overly sweet with too much syrup added. But I would say they get my order right more than they do wrong so that’s why I gave them the four stars. Customer service is a bit lacking but they do bring out your order quickly!

The service really is fast and the variety of bobba options are fantastic. Don’t forget your stamp card~

More often than not I’ve had issues here. Between forgetting toppings in my drink or burning my food or just not having boba hours before they close. It’s kind of just been one disappointment after another.

I do not like chunkies in my drink. I prefer hot tea with a touch of honey and lemon. That being said their hazelnut milk tea with coffee jelly is phenomenal! Finally something I'll drink from a bubble tea place! :)

I'm new to the boba tea world and the person at the register was super nice and explained things I didn't even know were options, like popping boba? And different sweetness levels?? It was great and QUICK service.
