We were there right when they opened and the staff was ready to take our order. Delicious Thai milk tea with coconut lichee jelly. Lobster balls were good but would be better with a dipping sauce. There was no atmosphere as they don't have indoor dining.

I love going here but they always get my order wrong don't suggest going here just tomthe one is Santa Rosa

I hope they hurry up and get some watermelon soon so I can have my favorite drink

This establishment discriminates in regards to who they hire. I inquired about how old you had to be to work here and I was told that they hire if you are 16 but they prefer college students. Discrimination against older people and high school students!

This is one of those places where you have to know what to order. I love it because I always order a milk tea or a snow, but the brewed teas are usually over brewed which makes them bitter. The staff is nice but it takes a long time to get your drink. A plus is that they have a huge selection and if you don’t like what you get you can always try something new the next time. I think that most of the time the drinks are great, but I don’t suggest coming here if your tight on time.

The state is open for people that have been vaccinated…. Get it together quickly and remove you mask policy, this should be optional and a personal choice of a custom!!!!!! What do you all not have your vacation????? Is your business not taking part is restoring our STATE???? Seems your staff also needs a lesson on answering a question with a simple answer rather than jumping to a defensive attitude. Must be a guilt thing…

Wish they had more of the same products in all stores. Also most of the time they dont answer phone calls. LOVE THEIR NUTELLA MOFFLES!

Inconsistent is the one word to describe this place. Service is fine, but the taste of a Honey Milk Tea shouldn't differ according to each server. Sometimes it's sweet like it's supposed to be. Other times it's literally just black tea with milk in it. Management needs to do a better job of training so employees stick to a proper procedure. It's actually sad that I have to remind whoever I'm ordering from to add the 'honey' part into my honey milk tea.

Rude teenagers that don't want to work so they say they still require masks even in with no mask mandate and fully vaccinated customers, they do not offer a mask. When you try to get a hold of higher ups no one knows what's going on and they hang up on you.
