Pause Coffee House

Meh. The industrial feel of the place is as sterile as the employees. There were three guys behind the counter, and not one of them said so much as "hi" when I walked in the door. Eventually, I got one of them away from his phone long enough to make me a latte, which turned out to be just okay.

All-in-all, I won't say "don't go here", but there are far better coffee shops in the area.

Pretty good service, but not so good coffee. The only way I can describe it is the taste of canned green beans. I did not enjoy my coffee very much. But overall it has nice decorations and good service.

Coffee was great (Americano and a carmel latte)! Atmosphere is cool. But the reason it's only getting three stars is because of the customer service. No one said hello, how can we help you, what can we get you...nothing. The person behind the register just stood there. The other staff were very interested in themselves and their phones but not the customers. I'm really hesitant to try this place again.

Simple menu, the staff is super friendly and I love that proceeds go towards helping victims of sex trafficking. It's the perfect hangout or even business meet up place. I meet my kids teacher here to turn in homeschool work and I always get an iced dirty chai, it's so good!

Best coffee I had in years! A place you must check if you happen to cross through Sacramento, CA ! Nice shop, cool people, REAL COFFEE!

Delicious coffee, served with a smile. Best of all, while you're getting your caffeine you are supporting a worthwhile charity! Feed your conscience with your daily cuppa - feel good about doing good while you're having your caffeine fix. ;)

The place was bright, welcoming and the French press coffee was delicious.

The staff are all mostly volunteers and they were very nice and helpful.

It is a great place to hang out and have a great cup of coffee.

Best Coffee and Tea in Town. Period! Super awesome environment. Though I would love if the little couches outside got some attention and maybe get them fixed or replaced, but otherwise place is great.

Server was very pleasant and helpful. Service was a little slow, but the place is very chill and relaxing with some cool art to look at while you wait. I had a pour over and it was good, but not great. All that said I would recommend and I'll go back next time I'm in the area.
