Shotz Coffee

Heads up to any other Aussies struggling to find coffee 'to your taste' while travelling in the US, the small latte I had here was wonderful! It tasted close to coffee from back home! Didn't find anything to match this in our travels between Eugene and San Francisco. It would have been a bit strange for me to have hugged the barista, but I really really wanted to do so, because I was really struggling.

Love their Oreo milkshake coffee, doubt that is exactly what it’s called but you get the idea. If you’re not huge on the strong coffee taste like me that is the drink for you. But if you are a fan of strong coffee, they’ve got you covered 💪

Like a coffee mirage after a long drive. Recommend the Black Widow to get you back on the road again; the cappuccino was also very good after some disappointing experiences in San Francisco. Clean and friendly, will definitely be back when in the area

We were road tripping through California and we decided to stop in Rio Dell and we came across to Shotz Coffee House. We had a great experience there, it is a beautiful place, the staff is friendly, the food and coffee are amazing, (they have açaí omg!), and the playlist playing while we were there was awesome! If you are nearby you definitely have to check it out. Thanks for the great experience that we had!

Don't go here during morning shift. Their attitudes are horrendous and they act like your order is a burden to them, they even mess up your orders and scoff if you ask for anything else.. I ordered a green tea blended drink with coconut milk... They handed me iced milk with whipped cream.

I use to be a regular at shotz. Over the years the service has become rather sub-par and food about the same. Microwaved breakfast just never really did do it for me. Despite all of this I still consumed here until one day when I left my wallet at work. I was in a rush and had my son with me and clearly forgot to make coffee, so I figured the ladies at Shotz Rio Dell who all know me, some for 6 years would send me with my coffee and I'd come back through. Well lucky me, the owner was there and said no. Not only did that ruin my day, but now I won't ever shop at your establishment again. I'm the kind of business owner that takes care of my customers, and I'm the kind of customer that doesn't forget selfish acts of greed to turn people away. You won't get a dime of my money ever again unless maybe you get bought out by a more gracious host.
