Shotz Coffee

My friend and I have been traveling over to the west coast and all around it on a national park road trip. We’re from Minnesota so naturally we LOVE coffee and have been stopping at a bunch of locally owned coffee shops across throughout our travels. We think this is the best we’ve had, both in service and quality! You can tell that this little town loves the place, and it’s well deserved. Thank you!!

Since moving here in November we have visited the shots location in Rio dell almost every day. We have a big family and tend to have larger orders on several of these trips. My family is big in supporting local business as we are a small business family. so we were happy to have found a coffee place so close to home. However our service has not been the best. On a couple of occasions our orders were made incorrect. Once an employee spoke to my daughter rudely when telling her to park and wait. Most recently they completely forgot to give us a drink and due to the fact I was on an important business call and couldn’t call in right away. The person on the phone was rude like I was trying to get a free drink. The following day we went back and didn’t even ask for it to again have 1 of our drinks made Incorrectly. During this very hard time for small business we as family do not use our stamp cards as we want money to go where it needs to go. We also tip and do our best to keep business locally. Sadly after the last few unpleasant trips I think we will be making the drive to fortuna for our daily coffee.

Love this shop! I will drive from Fortuna to Rio Dell a few times a week just to go and get my usual from Larissa, She makes great drinks perfectly every time with a positive attitude and the deli bagels and pastries 🥯 are delicious! 🤤

I had a simple espresso and a bagel while on a road trip. It hit the spot! I enjoyed chatting with the ladies working that day and it was a pleasant pit stop.

On a road trip with a couple of my friends fixing up my fathers ranch in Furndale. Went on adventuring and needed some energy, stopped by Shotz Coffee and it was amazing. Good coffee and great staff, better than large coffee chains. Definitely a place to go for great coffee!

This is the place to get a great cappuccino, although the line might seem long to get your cup of joe, its worth the wait. The workers behind the counter are awesome. Always service with a smile. And I get the perfect drink everytime!.

I live in Scotia and I hadn't try the shotz here in Rio Dell, for some reason I thought that the service wasn't going to be good. Two weeks ago I was having a tough day and really needed my coffee so I decided to stop by and get some coffee. I use their drive through and to my surprise the lady who help me was super nice and had really good energy, she just took my order and had this other girl finish, she was as nice as the other lady. I give them 💯 on customer service. They made my day. I am definitely coming back for coffee more often.

I stopped here for coffee this morning (Rio Dell location). Neither barista was wearing a mask, and they were discussing between themselves how they were grateful their employer hasn't asked them to get vaccinated. Their vaccination status is their business, but I am upset that they would willingly endanger the public by not following health guidelines.
