Coffee Nutzz

Really nice coffee shop with ice cream! Their menu is great, they have just enough options available that you can get your favorite hot/cold coffee, but not too many that it causes confusion like other places. The food menu offers decent options like paninis croissants and other sandwiches, plus pastries and ice cream; did I say that offer ice cream. If you miexed a Starbucks with an ice cream parlor, you get this place. Besides the food, the staff is very nice and welcoming, A+ service. When I came in, they were very busy because of a party there and only two staff, but they were able to still price secure very quickly with a smile.

2nd bad experience. I got the coffee nutzz app and in it there is a coupon that shows rainy day special $2 off. The lady at the drive thru on 2/2/21 @ 6:09p named Angie.R didn't know anything about it. On the coupon it clearly says VALID UNTIL 2/22/21. She said it was expired but clearly she doesn't know what she is talking about. Which I blame it on management for not showing the employees how to work the app. I will also be contacting corporate about this issue because why even do the point system and get the coupons when we can't even use them. Doesn't make sense. I would give it a negative star if I can!

This place is amazing! The drinks are soooo good! I go there before work every day! They even let you remix their drinks and make them slightly different! The sandwiches are so good and so are their smoothies!

Went there for the first time just to study and was given a free Milk Tea. I also like how many spanish songs played and a lot of mexican artists too. Friendly staff and clean, quiet coffee shop. Very endearing first impression :)

Never had to wait in such a long line anywhere.

Awesome service! Been here often and they're always friendly. The service is quick and food/drinks are great. I go here for my coffee instead of going to Starbucks. Never have to wait in a huge line and waste time. 👍🏼

So I used to go about once a week or so, then the Rialto location discontinued the chocolate chip ice cream so I stopped going. They opened the new location on renaissance so I started coming again, drove all the way from upland today to get chocolate chip and was going to make it a weekly tradition again with my girls but they told me they’re not making it anymore. I’d rather not buy anything than to drive over here because this wasn’t posted on their social media so won’t be back.
