This place is so chill...the people are great food fresh and the atmosphere is super cool

My family Used to love this place but the last couple months their smoothies r full of ice and don't taste right ...they are watered down ...I used to go everyday for their boba smoothies. But after 12 consecutive times of having very poorly made smoothies I quit going ...I miss it and wish they fixed that issue ...on top of poorly made, they r always out of the ingredients and still charge u full price even if 3 if the ingredients are missing that come with it ...and $1.00 for a lil whipped cream on top ...which u would think it came with. They give a tiny amount of boba so every car I hear ordering extra. Then they charge u for it ...one drink will come out to $9

Such a great place to grab some coffee, ice cream, boba, or a sandwich. I've never ordered anything I didn't enjoy and alive tried almost the whole menu. The Fresas and Cream ice cream is so good. Also the Rocky Road. They also have a Gansito ice cream.... I could go on and on. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out.

First time here trying the boba milk tea it was delicious. The barista that helped me was very outgoing. Will be coming back to try the lunch items.

Great ice cream!! They take their time making your order so you have to have some patience, but it’s worth the wait. Menu is kind of hard to read and not all the items are posted so you have to ask for instance what flavoring of ice cream they have as only 3 are posted and they have about 8 different ones.

I was so excited to try this place but highly disappointed. We were denied boba and we showed up at 11:30. Either way the drinks were so bad. We got a milk tea, caramel macchiato iced and caramel frap and none of us liked what we got. My caramel macchiato had this thick layer of just caramel sauce at the bottom and the milk tea was too sweet. My order was $17 and it was definitely a waste

Totally inappropriate business practice and terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru which was moving incredibly slow. When it was our turn to order, we were asked to hold for several minutes without any update. Then we waited probably 10-15 min for only 2 cars in front of us to get their food. When we finally got to the window, they informed us their credit card system was down. This should have been advised when we ordered the food as most business do. I get it, this happens sometimes. But they made matters worse when they said they would just write down our credit card info and bill it later. Really?! You want me to let some teenagers write down my CC info and trust they will not misuse it or will properly dispose of it later? Any other time this has happened at another drive thru, they say before you order “I’m sorry, our CC system is down. It’s cash only right now.” That’s called communication. This way I at least have an understanding of why things might be moving slowly, and I can make a decision if I still want to order. Manager/owner, please train your team better.

No cars in Drive thru order. Took 10 minutes to just order a torta and a coffee. Took another 15 minutes at the window to get our order. As we drove off we noticed that there were no people inside. Wow!

I’m a regular customer their products are good and the manager is a great person however I think they should really work on their drive thru sound system is always the same story that they are having difficulties taking the order. Today it was the worst the lady kept repeating the wrong order (as if she wasn’t paying attention) then she mentioned is hard to understand which is really frustrating for both ends. After she took the order the lady front the dispatch window (blonde lady with a sarcastic customer service) repeated the order and then still gave us the wrong order after waiting in line for a while… we told her there was a mistake which she admitted and fixed but said “next time don’t be disrespectful with my co workers” turned her back on us and close the window” I hope they have a recording system so they can check there was no disrespect at all from our end after all the time and misunderstanding in our order. I know you can be having a bad day but you cannot treat customers like that. Please I hope management takes actions and provide better training and tools so employees can deliver a better customer service.
