Peet's Coffee

I was an avid Starbucks customer until they shut their doors expect for drive in service at a limited number of stores. Peet's not only has a better product as I've come to learn, but even figured out a way to serve it's customers amid this crisis. You've made a convert of me (plus your Chai lattes are the bomb!). Thanks for being my morning staple in this uncertain time.

This is a nice little cafe. It's relatively small and there aren't many tables, but the coffee is good (much better than the burnt Starbucks stuff), the service is usually friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed.

Peet's Coffee us always very good. I always drink dark roast. I would like Peet's to dedicate more gallonage to their more expensive and select dark roast coffees so that I can explore the variety of coffees.

I love the coffee! Their iced is the only one I like black and straight. However, are they using Keurigs to brew?? EVERY TIME I ASK FOR BREWED COFFEE, they have to brew some more.. WTH??

Great product, nice staff, comfortable seating --but bathroom facilities out of order for more than a day. But for that, I would give this Peet's 5 stars.

Nice coffee shop. Drinks are pretty good. Started going to this place more often after I found out about "The Black Tie", condensed milk with cold brew iced coffee!

My drop coffee was way too strong and the service and organization was poor

Great coffee, but very very inconsistent staff and drinks. Once a barista gets your drink right they tend to leave. High turnover rate due to poor management.

Racial profile is using in this location, by the Manager believes tell employees and some costumers how she thinks, all employees are white race, full of tattoos. Services are ok by only two employees when the manager is not there, other ways afraid to lost their jobs, owner of this coffee shop owns 3 more only this one have that problem, owner claim not aware of the situation and will talk to her and correct the problem, if I have to chose between Starbucks or petters coffee I will chose petters coffee but Not this one.

Customer service was 5 star., but cold brew was not that great. Peets offers Columbian Luminosa that makes the best cold brew, but they don't take advantage of it.
