Patient & helpful. Don't really get that too much these days! Pound of Holiday blend & the best Mocha I've ever had from Peet's. And I've been a customer for almost 20 years & a short time employee as well. Thanks for everything. See you all soon. Merry Christmas!

Wasn't a great experience this visit. I've been coming to peet's before they arrived on the peninsula. Alan usually is my Barista in the morning's, when you know what and how your coffee should be made to be cutting corners then try and make me think I'm getting the same product lacks integrity so for me unless Alan is making my beverage I will kindly decline my purchase smdh.

Docking two stars. Been here a few times when the lady w the purple hair takds my order.

Once i didnt get my food Period, ended up leaving. Cause i didnt eanna get her in trouble.

Another time my coffee took a very very long time.

If youre ij a rush id say go elsewhere. I used to love peets.

Great coffee but a little slow on the prep. I order via app and have to usually wait a few more minutes past the wait period provided. But always the order is always right.

This Peet's coffee doesn't let service animals in the old lady with pink hair will chase you out even if you have a certified service animal and the manager backs her up they don't care about disability Rights no one should go to the peets

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. Took one sip out of my drink this morning and threw it right away. Never have I had coffee so watered down. Shots are not calibrated as supposed to be or something is seriously wrong with their bar. Wasted a free drink reward on the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. No flavor whats so ever, ordered a caramel macchiato and it didn't taste like coffee nor caramel just a cup of outdated milk. Came back home for a cup of instant coffee (we all know how nasty that tastes too) and it was so much better than what I was served. Never returning to this peets location.

Parking can be tough, especially on weekends. This is a fine Peet's, I love that they sell nespresso style pods now. I have no real complaints other than the table/chairs that sit right in front of the entrance. They never seem to look or fit right and are often blocking or causing issues and look very dirty. The staff are fine but not very friendly, like they take my order fine and rarely if ever have messed up my drink, but they don't really talk to you or seem to care like my old Peet's in Sunnyvale.

Coffee is always great, speed of baristas is fast. But when it gets busy they might get forgetful, I got my latte before my chocolate croissant. I would just recommend going before or after the rushes

I love Peet's! A refreshing change from the typical crush of Starbucks in Colorado Springs. I'll be making my way through the independents but I had to swing by a favorite.. I had the Black Tie... Yummmmm!! But, think twice about adding additional sweetener as the sweetened condensed milk needs a good mix to gauge the level.

I don’t usually rate coffee shops, but was impressed with the way the staff dealt with a sudden crowd- extra registers opened and two barristas worked together to quickly serve a lot of people . Very friendly/efficient and my drink was perfection.
