Very much like Starbucks but with a tea emphasis. Large selection of tasty tea drinks to try. Quick friendly service. Light bubbly atmosphere. We like the Tea Bar & Fusion Cafe and will return for sure.

Delicioua teas. Iced, blended, hot. Delicious healthy food! Amazig and friendly service. Im already addicted! Totally recommend for all you tea lovers!

Literally the most DELICIOUS FOOD PLACE EVER!! I love ordering the tofu bowl and they make it perfect each time. The drinks are so good also. It is a “little” pricey but it is worth it in my opinion! Customer service is nice also but they can work on putting their masks on. Other than that it’s an amazing place!

The food is great, but the staff are mostly non-compliant with wearing their masks. I requested that our order was put together by someone wearing their mask. The cashier passed this information on to someone, but the people preparing the food and drinks, did not change their behavior. I should have said "wearing their mask properly". The girls preparing the food and drinks were wearing their masks on their lower lips. I felt unsafe, as the covid-19 case number are increasing in our area, and I will not return.

Awful service and mediocre overpriced food, they need to get someone in there who knows how to run a business. We waited 20 minutes for our to-go food and watched people who got there after us get their food first, after waiting that long we decided to go ask what’s the deal, and they lost our ticket and hadn’t even started our food! We got there at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 3:20, being that this is a franchise and not a lone business, I would expect better, doesn’t matter if it’s a soft opening or not. When we did get our food, it was super bland and didn’t taste fresh at all. The only thing that saved them from getting 1 star was that the drinks we’re decent but the customer service is not good. Moral: Don’t waste your money here, go to somewhere like From The Heart or somewhere else that’s similar where you’ll have a much better experience.

Mango Pork was very good. Kids popcorn chicken bowl was worth $1, not $7.50. The grandkids ordered frezes, of course they ended up with liquid drinks instead. Gift card? Dont plan on using it. Redding isnt set up for gift cards.

Went there with my mom and got the bowl. Got it to go and when we finally ate I noticed they gave me no avacado, and barely any sprouts and chicken. I think they felt they could get away with it because it was rush hour. Very unsatisfied.

It’s so good they even have wildlife that comes in here! Don’t worry we helped her out really quick!

Our first time at this eatery was great. The salad bowls were fresh and tasty. Our teas were delicious as well. Food was served quickly and with a smile. We will be back.
