Le Testimony Organic Bistro

This place is one of my favorites, the food is always delicious! Not to mention they use organic food, for me that's important. Not only is the food good but the service is wonderful. I'm always greeted with a smile and they have great hospitality. I love meeting my gals at this restaurant and they have the cutest patio too!

AMAZING!!!! Very cute cool little place! Owners are extremely wonderful and sweet, loved the turmeric latte, holy moly! Definitely a gem in Redding , will be back !!

The ABSOLUTE BEST vegan food in town, hands down. The owners are incredibly kind and caring; I’ve never been to a restaurant or bistro that remembers our faces and what we typically would order! The food has never been less than perfect and their coffee is to die for; not the mention the in house baked sweets!!! Phenomenal service and food, we never go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Le Testimony for about 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience or a bad meal! The owners have been so kind to me and my wife when we go in. They are incredibly helpful and are more than willing to answer any and every question you might have. The food is absolutely delicious! This is the place I take all of my friends from out of town whenever they want a brunch or a breakfast!

Great place for vegans - always has one vegan soup on the menu. We had the veggie crepes with the vegan option and it was delicious. Recommend the La Rocca Chardonnay for wine - very unique organic with apple notes. Next time we will try one of the dessert crepes for sure - they have vegan options for that too.

This is a family owned and operated restaurant. Very family friendly. The owner was very friendly to my daughter and she made her feel like she was her special guest. At times they have their young children there with them. The child was friendly to everyone that came in and they were quick to correct him if they thought he was bothering any guests. He wasn't, he was adorable and I'm sure he will be their #1 greeter in a few years. The food was delicious and beautiful. We will definitely be returning. Cappuccino was perfection. This is a must try!

If you’re looking for a brunch/dinner spot that cares about customer service and quality every single time, you need to try this place. My husband and I have been coming here for years and we adore this place. The owners are so friendly and you can actually taste the love in every bite. With my husband having celiac’s, it’s hard to find a restaurant that we can trust won’t make him sick. Don’t knock it until you try it, because I promise you that you will not leave disappointed.

This is our must stop whenever camping in whiskeytown. The flavor, service, attention down to the serving plates and bowls are perfection. Perhaps the highlight is the adorable 3-year old who plays a mean drum!

The family own and operate bistro is the American dream. I can tell everything we ate here (and look forward to future experiences) was prepared with rigor and skills. I’d rank this above any brunch places in San Francisco. Also highly recommend their London Fog! Until next time.

The restaurant is a family-run business and they offer amazing customer service and one of the few fully-organic restaurants in the area. The chef is very accomodating of any dietary restriction and is very creative with creating special dinners and soups. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. They also now serve wine and beer!
