I wish this cafe was closer to my house. I was looking for a place to eat which had organic ingredients (I have autoimmune disease and it's important for me to eat toxin-free). I ordered vegetable omelette with potatoes and soda bread. The bread was one of the most delicious bread I've eaten. Also the apricot jam was so good I asked for more. Everything was super fresh and it felt good nourishing my body with healthy ingredients. I couldn't not mention how friendly the owners were - they have wonderful customer service skills. I was happy to support them and hope to come back again soon.
Read someone mentioning religious music - haven't noticed it at all today and while I'm not religious at all - you're coming to their restaurant, you can't tell them what music to play at their restaurant, you're their guest.

Been on a road trip and we needed some clean, healthy food. Not only was it clean, healthy and organic, it was delicious. The owners have created a little oasis and we ate outside on their plant filled patio. I had cream of mushroom soup with a Greek salad, amazing!

Every detail has been attended to at this charming restaurant. Organic and gluten-free are centerpieces, rather than side mentions. You definitely want to come with great expectation of marvelous food.
My chicken pesto crepe was as good as it gets, and generous enough to supply me with lunch the next day. The quantity of chicken was high. My guest and I shared an apple spice crepe (La Normande) on a gluten-free crepe. I was dubious, but I detected virtually NO difference in this alternative crepe. It’s not the expected buckwheat, but a clever blend of other grains that produce and excellent crepe, neither tough nor gritty.
For later in the day, you’ll find a surprisingly rich array of organic wines and beers. I’ll be back to peruse the offerings some evening.
Meals are served on such lovely pottery. Many would hesitate to serve guests in these pieces, much less in a restaurant, where breakage is more common.
The owners/chef are quick to respond to your interest. Indulge a chat if you have time. You won’t be disappointed.

Very fresh and delicious. Our first time here and will definitely be in a lot more! Sweetest family run business. Very clean. We had the turkey spinach crepe, chicken curry lentil soup, and season fruit crepe. Yum!!

I ordered the Hazelnut Banana crepe, with fresh bananas, and an almond milk hot chocolate with pumpkin spice.
My SO ordered the Chicken Pesto crepe, which came with soup, he chose tomato basil, and an oat Milk Matcha green tea Latte.

Both meals were delicious and we're quick to come out of the kitchen. While we waited for our food they offered glasses of citrus infused filtered water.

The atmosphere is very inviting and calm, they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a selection of cosmetics along one wall.

We eat here weekly. My husband really enjoys the specials - whatever they are. Today was salmon crepe and so good he didn’t have time to take a picture. All the soups are delicious and the salad dressings are unique and tasty. Every dish is huge with plenty of veggies. We recommend this place to everyone and usually take home leftovers. Also the best matcha green tea we have ever had and you can order it with a sugar substitute or no sugar at all - like I do! We are looking forward to expanded hours which we understand are coming soon!

The food was delicious, had the hazelnut banana crepe. Would like to try their savoury crepes too next time I am in Redding. They are allergy friendly. They also have plant based options and gluten free options available for almost everything on the menu for those who are looking for vegan or dairy free options or gluten free alternatives.

On our way to Seattle we stop by this family owned and operated restaurant. I can't tell how good the food was. Everything tasted fresh and wow the soup was next level.
I think if you are looking for nice breakfast or delicious brunch you should try this restaurant.

We have eaten here several times and EVERY time it has been a great experience. The Turkey and spinach crepe and the califlower-chicken broccoli soup are amazing! The atmosphere is family orientated and very friendly. Definitely a place we will come again and again. It is one of the local places you treasure!
