Einstein Bros. Bagels

cool workers good food but every time the old dude with glasses is here hes rude to his staff and customers. ruins the entire experience coming here, bummer

First, it will be a miracle of a day when a California eatery with "Manhattan" or "East Coast" in their name has bagels or Italian food as good as the NYC/North Jersey. That being said, the staff is nice and the bagels are on par with what you'd expect in California.

At over $7 for a simple turkey sausage and cheese on a bagel, that tiny, I'd rather go to McDonalds. Will not eat here again. Rip off.

I really love this bagel place. But their delivery setup sucks!

Went there with my husband and his service dog. We had been there 3-4 times before, liked it a lot. This time the manager tried to make us eat out in the 40 degree air because she said he was not a service dog; his vest was the wrong color. (!) She did not know what she was talking about at all. The place was almost empty and he was laying flat on the floor asleep. To make it even worse, she made an employee, who had a service dog and knew the laws, be the one to come out and try to chuck us out. Poor girl.

The menu is nice. However, the service is poor. The employees dont actually listen to the orders. Order a Bagel w/Lox, get one with scallion cream cheese instead. Granted they fix the problem IF you catch before you leave. Their negligence implies poor managment, not bad employees.

Great bagels. Good service, could use a little attention to tables being cleaned off and floor being cleaner otherwise good. They get really busy but service people pretty well.

I put in an order through doordash to be delivered to my work for lunch, waited for about 45 minutes with no delivery updates. I went to go check my phone and Mike from Manhattan Bagel contacted me several times about how the dasher has not arrived and my food had been sitting. He was nice enough to contact door dash to get another driver over to pick up a freshly made order. But...they never showed up. We were both really frustrated at this point but he MADE IT HAPPEN he delivered the order on his own accord. Talk about customer service. I'm so pleased. Mike, you da real MVP

Great breakfast bagels! I love this place!

This Einstein location is one of the best I have visited! My sandwich was fresh and my coffee was excellent! Einstein Bagels is one of my favorite places to eat and get my iced coffee.
