I have been coming here for years and I thinks it's gotten better in the last few months!!! I love this place food and service is great!!! All the employees are very nice and seem to all get along the atmosphere there is very welcoming, I have always been treated with respect and greeted with a smile!!! Even when I change my order from how it's usually made they don't have a problem with it and are very helpful at suggesting other cream cheese flavors that may accompany my bagel better!!! If only they had bagel bites or bagel bombs!!!

A must visit if in Redding. Came here by word of mouth and been coming back since. I love the breakfast sandwich on French toast bagel. Can't go wrong with any combo. The staff is friendly as well. Just wish they were open past 2 lol.

This place was HOPPING when I arrived. The crew is doing their best and it shows. They notified me it may take some time to make my order and I accepted it.
Ordered a caramel macchiato, iced and a bacon and cheddar bagel, on jalapeno cheddar bagel. They did not dissapoint.
The environment is crampt, but that's not the employees' fault.
Currently they're closed Monday's because they're overworked and understaffed.

Good food, but the customer service is not good. Specifically the morning manager and a young man that wouldn't give his name. She seems to be unhappy and not willing to acknowledge customers or the delivery service that helps them get the orders to where it needs to be. With the circumstances in these hard times, you would think a manager would show more appreciation and energy towards her job/position.

What a great place for a little early morning breakfast. Clean setting and super friendly environment, staff are excellent morning people. The new manager is on top of her game as well, welcoming smile and amazing customer service!! Hard to find at times in this town. Will definitely continue to come back
