Dutch Bros Coffee

Like other Dutch Bros I've been to, it has great customer service where they treat you like you're their friend. Their coffee is delicious too! I've only tried the Kicker, but it is so good that it's all I get!

Good coffee but need more than one sugar free option

Went there this morning in a rush to get to the airport. Was there at 7 minutes till 5. There are no signs saying not open, all lights and road signs are lit up. After waiting 2 minutes and no one came, I honked, the lady cane out, smiled but didn’t come to the window. At 4 minute till 5 she said she wouldn’t be ready for a while and that we could go to another place down the street. I told her we were in a rush, she didn’t care. I asked why she kept us waiting, she said she didn’t hear us.... uh, she smiled at me and didn’t come to the window for several minutes.

Just wanted a simple coffee. Won’t go here again.

This one is rude and very disrespectful to customers! Think it would get better but instead today it got worse! I'll continue going to the other one by grocery outlet. They have great customer service ,very nice and friendly.

This Dutch Bros coffee is slightly off the main streets in Redding, but well worth the effort to get to! DB is my favorite coffee Jane and this one is no exception. I have to compliment the management for hiring such great staff! The crew on the morning we stopped by were just perfect! Confirm its my feelings this is the best chain around!

So today 3/3/22 went to dutch bros four corners for the first time in a few years. It used to seem that it was all about the money, but im thrilled to say things are back to how they use to be. Sid took our order and was such a pleasure to talk to, had mum and I laughing, then the young man @ the window was just as plesant and fun as Sid. I will definitely be going back. I love that they have personalities again, that's what makes dutch bros unique.
7-15-17 Sadly I have to amend this review, they've had major changes and it just isn't quite the same. Use to love how everyone there was so friendly and they all seem happy to be at work, now it's just the same as all of the other drive through.

Service is pleasant as usual. Went there on my Bday and after making the drink 3x before giving it to me, they still made it completely wrong.....😭🤣

Always a fun, uplifting experience at Dutch Bros! Plus who doesn't love a sugar high?
