A wonderful, family owned chain of drive thru/ walk up shops. They offer a number of tasty hot & cold beverages such as sodas, coffee drinks, smoothies & more. I LOVE this business model. Nobody can purchase a franchise UNLESS they have been employed in one for a degree of time. There's always music and the employees are ALWAYS upbeat, energetic, & smiling. They CARE about each customer as a person and you can feel it. They don't just hand you some generic, overpriced drink. They go above & beyond to make your day at least a little brighter. A bit pricey, but no more than most comparable stores. It's the people that make the difference! If there's a Dutch Bros nearby, I will go there 99 out of 100 times!

I will never go to Starbucks again... I never understood all the hype surrounding Dutch Bros. I didn't understand why it seemed to always be so busy, the menu was small and boring... I recently discovered the secret menu and now I understand why it is so popular! I have tried a few of the many drinks and I haven't been disappointed by any of them! They are all so amazing and the selection is constantly changing/ menu expanding. I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN WASTING MY MONEY AT STARBUCKS. DUTCH BROS IS NOT ONLY BETTER BUT WAY CHEAPER ABOUT HALF THE PRICE.

I used to like Dutch bros. I used to go there everyday. Apparently this job is too hard for the people that work there currently. The last three days, in a row, I have ordered black teas only to be returned with rebels. I don’t drink carbonated beverages because i get bad heart burn and indigestion when i do. The person taking the order does it correctly, but whoever makes it consistently now does not pay attention to what they’re doing. They aren’t even the correct flavor. Whether it’s one person or multiple, Ive had them replace/fix my order at the window way more times than anyone should. But it’s more of a hassle to do that most times. I know it’s supposed to be a “fun and friendly” environment but maybe if they spent less time leaning out the window talking to customers for 5 minutes before completing an order, arguing over what music to listen too, or playing on their phones than customers drinks might go out to them correctly in a timely manner.

A great product but poor location. Scratched my wheel rims on the drive thru curb which was only made worse by the staff member who wanted to “walk and talk” while ordering as I was told to pull forward.
