Caffè Pagato

I absolutely love this coffee shop. It is one of my favorites in town. They make their own flavors in house and have a variety of options. I drink my coffee black but my boyfriend tries their flavored drinks. They have a gram cracker flavor and lavender infused flavored coffee I have tried and they are delicious! You can also get salads, sandwiches and a varied of scrumptious pastries here! We have been coming here for 2 years now and absolutely love it.

Cute little coffee and breakfast/lunch spot, Definitely slow during lunch order ahead. Specialty coffee takes a bit of time too but it's tasty and unique. Small seating areas and tucked away in an easy to miss spot but much needed for this side of town.

Sandwich was alright, my opinion is if you like coffee and free internet and your waiting for someone at the hospital, and you need a break. Go! It was my first time going and last. She got my sandwich wrong. Outside chair's in shade, guess I could have moved them to cal trans parking lot.

This cafe is a hidden gem. You would never know that such deliciousness would be in the caltrans parking lot. I got a homemade pastry filled with the crispiest bacon and an iced latte made with their homemade pistachio rose syrup...I will definitely be coming back!

Love this place. This is one of the very few coffee shops that make their own coffee creamers and syrups. Their baked food has this.. old 1700s feel to it, and it is very unique and amazing. If I were rich, I'd just come here every morning for breakfast and coffee.

We love Caffe Pagato! My favorite is the London Fog with Lavender and the quiche! Such a great (and filling!) way to start off my day!

Pagato is a staple in our routine now! Melissa and Jake are seriously the most awesome people and the food is out of this world. Hidden gem tucked into the caltrans building that's definitely worth visiting.

Great breakfast spot in Redding! Delicious craft coffee, excellent breakfast burritos, kolaches, and quiche, at very reasonable prices. No high chairs, but a surprisingly family friendly atmosphere for those with small kids.
